Story
Meet X Man – Looking for a Patient, Loving Home X Man is a handsome doodle who is around 1 year old. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines. Now, he's searching for a family willing to give him the time and understanding he needs to truly shine. X Man came to us from a hoarding situation and has had very limited exposure to the world. Because of this, new people, new places, and new experiences can be overwhelming for him. He is a sweet boy at heart, but he needs a patient adopter who will let him move at his own pace and show him that life doesn't have to be scary. We feel X Man would do best in a home with another confident, friendly dog to help guide him and show him the ropes. Having a canine companion could make a huge difference in helping him build confidence. Due to his nervous nature, we believe a home with older, respectful children would be the best fit. We are unsure how he does with cats, so any introductions would need to be very slow, patient, and carefully managed. X Man will also benefit from continued training. Positive reinforcement training will not only help him learn important life skills but will also help build his confidence and strengthen the bond with his new family. X Man isn't looking for perfection—he's looking for someone willing to believe in him. With time, consistency, training, and lots of love, this young boy has the potential to blossom into an amazing companion. Could you be the one to show X Man that the world is full of kindness? Story
Meet Bama! Bama is an 8-year-old Bichon mix weighing around 20 pounds who is looking for a patient and understanding forever home. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Bama can be nervous around new people and may need a couple of meetings before he feels comfortable, but once he trusts you, he becomes a sweet little cuddle bug who loves being close to his people. His previous owner says he does well with kids, and we would like the whole family to come meet him to help make sure everyone is a good fit. He is manageable on leash but would benefit from some basic training and continued confidence building. Bama is dog selective, so a dog test will be required for any potential canine siblings. His history with cats is unknown, so very slow and patient introductions would be best. Bama loves being outside, going on walks, and playing with squeaky toys. He enjoys the simple things in life and would thrive with someone willing to give him time, patience, and love. One important thing to note is that Bama does not enjoy vet visits or grooming and will need sedation for both. Potential adopters should carefully consider this ongoing need before applying to adopt him. If you're looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little time to shine, Bama could be your perfect match. Interested in adopting?
