Story
Hi, I’m Jack I’ve just entered my senior years, and with age comes extra love and loyalty. I’m a very affectionate boy who truly bonds with my people. I’ll follow you to the bathroom (someone has to keep watch!) and sleep at the foot of your bed every night to make sure you’re safe. I’m happiest as the only cat in the home. I like having my space and attention to myself, and I do best without other male cats around. I’m incredibly clean; I even tidy up after other cats sometimes! I may not play as much as I used to, but I absolutely love being near my humans and soaking up companionship. If you’re looking for a devoted, gentle senior who will always be by your side, I might be your perfect match.

Story
Nyx is a tiny little lovebug with the biggest heart. Born with only one eye and having already endured multiple litters in her young life, she’s finally getting the chance to experience what it means to be safe & loved - and well she’s embracing it wholeheartedly. From day one, Nyx has shown everyone just how sweet and trusting she is. She absolutely adores people and always wants to be close to her humans. Whether she’s sitting in your lap while you get ready in the morning, supervising your daily activities, or curled up on your chest at bedtime, Nyx is happiest when she’s near the people she loves. She may be a little petite and skinny right now, but this girl has a healthy appetite and isn’t shy about reminding you when it’s mealtime. Her tiny squeaky “beggar meows” are impossible not to love. Nyx especially enjoys dry food with a little wet food mixed in, though honestly, she’s just happy to be included at any snack time.Nyx gets along well with other cats, while still having her own charming little personality. During her first few weeks in our care she kept things calm and quiet while recovering, but now that she’s healed, her playful and curious side is shining through. She loves exploring every corner of the house, investigating anything new, and spending time perched on her favorite cat tree or the tipy top of the cabinets. Most of all, Nyx is simply an incredibly loving cat. She loves pets, enjoys being held, and is wonderfully gentle - never scratchy or aggressive. She’s clingy in the sweetest way, endlessly affectionate, curious, snuggly, and so ready to finally have a home of her own where she never has to be moved around again.

Story
Onyx is such a sweet and fun kitty. She loves to play and gets along well with everyone. If you are looking for a pet you can take outside/car rides she’s your girl. I am only rehoming her because of my schedule. I would prefer she be adopted with her sisters, since she is bonded to them and loves spending time with them.

Story
We are looking to rehome a calm, independent female cat who does best in a quiet, low-stimulation environment. She is affectionate once comfortable and enjoys gentle pets, sunbathing near windows, and spending time near her people on her own terms. She is generally skittish with strangers and takes time to adjust in new environments, but is not aggressive. She has enjoyed safe outdoor access in the past but does not roam or run away.Medical/behavior notes:She has had location-specific inappropriate urination in her current home, primarily in one carpeted area near a crawl space. She did not have litter box issues in prior homes, so this appears to be environment-specific rather than a general litter box problem. No other behavioral issues noted.Ideal home:A quiet, stable home—preferably a homebody individual or couple with a calm household and patience for a shy cat adjusting to change. She can be rehomed with litter boxes and toys if helpful for transition

Story
This new friend has just arrived! They have come to us either as a transfer from another shelter, being found as a stray, or have been surrendered to us by their owner. When our friends are new to us, we are typically unsure of their full background, litter box habits, comfort with handling, or experience with other pets or children. Our staff will spend some time reviewing any information provided by previous owners and spend some time with our new friend so that we can better update their biography. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
