Bombay kittens & cats in Toccoa, Georgia

We have had him since he was an 8 week old kitten. He is extremely social & loves people and has lived most of his life with our other cat who recently passed away. We moved to a new home two months ago and he was struggling adjusting to a new environment without his life-long buddy who passed away of old age. We brought him to the vet, they informed us that he has crystals in his urine and needed a minor surgery. We agreed to the surgery and he has since recovered normally. He did claw my wife two days after the procedure, which the vet explained is not unusual because cats can exhibit aggression during healing. Nonetheless, we need to rehome him because we will soon have young children in the home and cannot give him the level of attention he deserves. Kini is one of five kittens that was brought to my house by his mama, who was a stray. Unfortunately, one did not make it. We have decided to keep mama and one kitten. We have found a home for one which leaves two remaining kittens, one male and one female

Morticia is one of five kittens brought to our house by her mama, which was a stray. Sadly, one kitten did not make it. However four did! We are keeping mama and one kitten but that leaves Morticia and her brother Kini needing to find their forever homes. As much as I love them, I just cannot keep 4 cats as I also have two dogs. My hubby is allergic and it took an act of Congress to get him to let us keep the mama and one kitten lol

She is currently being cared for in a dedicated “cat room” in my home, where she is raising her kittens safely. My plan is to keep them together until they are fully weaned and ready for adoption.Unfortunately, I am not able to keep the kittens long-term, as I have a parrot that flies freely in my home, so this setup is only temporary. I’ve also reached out to local organizations for help, but many are overwhelmed and unable to take them in at this time.My goal is to find responsible, loving, forever homes for each kitten.
