Esme will be 6 in July. She was found abandoned at 4 weeks old and was bottle fed. She is not afraid to climb up on your lap while watching tv and loves to make biscuits. She will also welcome you home at door every time. She attends the vet regular, but needs a calming prescription to get her through the appointment. The vet says she’s stressed and may do better in a home where she is the only cat.

This is Roscoe.  You have a chance to adopt your very own panther.  He was rescued as a newborn at only a couple of days old.  He is very affectionate and playful. The perfect work-from-home companion kitty.  He loves to play and loves all cat toys and is definitely loads of fun. He is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  The adoption fee of $295 also includes the transport to CT. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. 2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue is primarily a sanctuary for senior and medically needy dogs.  Every once in awhile you will see younger dogs but for the most part our dogs live out their life at the ranch at the request of their previous owners or their owners families.  We have many sponsorship dogs.  Our sponsors love to keep in touch and know how their sponsored fur buddy is doing :) When we have foster families we are thrilled to be able to take adoptable younger dogs :)  So if you have ever thought about becoming fosters please feel free to go to our foster/volunteer page and fill out an application. The Ranch located at 737 Taylor Rd., Windsor, PA is always looking for dedicated volunteers that will commit to at least a 2 hour shift per week at the rescue.  Volunteers work in play yards, help with laundry and feeding.  Some enjoy landscaping or carpentry projects and some like to bake for the healing center visitors :) Thank you for supporting our mission of caring for the elderly and medically needy souls that need us! I am the sweetest little girl EVER!  I didn't have anyone love me and I found myself pregnant and alone. I was scared and I had no where to go. I had my babies alone under a deck :(  Finally someone saw me and my babies and called 2nd Chance, but unfortunately by then I had lost one of my babies :(  Now my 3 other little ones and me are safe in the arms of 2nd Chance. I'm spayed, housetrained, had my shots and am super sweet. I love kids but I am not fond of dogs.
