Story
Frito has come a long way since he came into rescue on deaths door. He still does not fully trust people but he isn't scared of them either. He isn't your average cuddly pup. He likes to keep his space from people but will come when called and enjoys hanging out in the kennel in the front room with the door open. Frito does require medication for some anxiety but it's less than $10 a month from the pharmacy. Frito will need an experienced home that will allow him space and time to adjust. He loves but needs to trust first. This best boy needs a calmer home that has at least one other dog in it for him to bond with. He plays well with other dogs of all sizes. Frito's adoption fee has been partially covered.

He loves walks in the trails and is becoming an amazing young pup. He is shy at first until you earn his trust but once that is there, he will forever be yours! his adoption fee has been partially sponsored. Frito, Dorito and sister Tostito came from a neglect case and have overcome and still overcoming some major hurdles in life. Severely underweight (0 on the scale of 0-5) and under socialized these little ones are fighting and doing great. Putting on weight and learning to love life. After learning that Bindi was a shelter resident for 2 years, we decided to adopt her. Two years later, and our family has experienced lots of changes, including a change in jobs that require us to be gone for long periods of time during the day. Leaving Bindi in her kennel all day, especially after she has spent so much time in a shelter, seems very unfair. Bindi is a very sweet dog who loves nothing more than your undivided attention, cuddles, and booty scratches. She is content to be a couch potato with you all day, but she will chase down and destroy a tennis ball if you show one to her. She is estimated 5 years old. She knows sit, stay. When feeding her, we say place, and she will go sit on her bed and wait for you to say okay. Extremely rambunctious children make her nervous, and she doesn't like anyone other than her close people to be in her face. She needs to be the only dog. She is okay on a leash. Her kennel, bowls, toys, and leash/collar are included.
