And please wait for our response as we schedule appointments to meet our pets.   Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below:   PET DESCRIPTION:  Latte is a Border Collie mix (her mom looks a lot like a BC), female, 3 1/2 months-old as of mid-Oct, should be in the 50  lb range when fully grown.  Abandoned by her owner.  Sweet, loving, smart and energetic so best with an active family that will make her a part of their activities.   DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. She knows sit, shake & down, loves toys, and is a bit of a treat snob - meaning a bit picky on her treats.  She is a silly and fun girl, very playful and makes lots of funny noises when she plays.     DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. Emily was rescued by one of our kind Humane Deputies. A concerned citizen had called about some dogs in the neighborhood. They looked under nourished and in bad physical shape. After checking on the dogs, the deputy made the decision to take them to the safety of the shelter. Emily is a two-year-old cattle dog mix. She has all of her vaccinations, she is heartworm negative, she has a microchip, and she has been spayed. Emily still has a way to go to get back to a healthy weight. Emily is a sweet girl that would love to be in a family where she could play in the yard, spend time with the family inside, and go for long walks in the evening after a nice dinner! Wow! That would be a dream come true for Emily!

He is famous for his hugs and will spend his time trying to wrap his paws around you if he isn't already trying to curl up in your lap. He is the perfect blend of a lounge partner and a playmate. Because of his cautious temperament, Jayce has some specific needs to help him feel safe and successful: No Other Dogs: He prefers being the "only child" and can be reactive toward strange dogs. Quiet Environment: He would not enjoy the high-stress environment of a dog park. Patient Humans: He needs an owner who understands he needs to approach new things at his own pace. No Strangers (at first): He can be vocal with people he doesn't know, but his loyalty to his inner circle is unmatched.
