This is Maverick. He is a two year old Border Collie/ Australian Shepherd mix. He is very obedient with commands. We take him camping and to the lake and he absolutely loves it. He’s such a sweetheart and is good with kids. He’s just rambunctious and has a lot of energy so can knock over smaller kids. With all that being said, he has been around other dogs his whole life but once I got pregnant, he started fighting with my other dog and unfortunately it hasn’t stopped. Before my pregnancy he had never fought with another dog before. He also digs as he gets bored in the yard because of his breed. He would do best on a ranch or with a family that has time to take him on runs and spend time with him playing to get his energy out. He has been an indoor dog and outdoor dog. He had been crate trained in the past and is potty trained. He really is a great dog, he just needs more attention than we can give him. He would probably do best as an only dog but could also be fine with another.

This adorable puppy was part of a litter of 9 born around 10/1/24! We were told there is Border Collie and Malinois, but they are very small, so we feel they may have a smaller breed in the mixture. The pups in this litter will likely be on the medium-size range, so should look like a miniature version of either a Border Collie or Malinois (how fun!) Pup has been started on it's shot series, is microchipped and has an appointment to be spayed or neutered on 12/17 so will be able to go home the following day. $350.00 adoption helps us with all their care. Meet Lucas, a very adorable, young Border Collie mix. We feel he is mixed with Welch Springer Spaniel, but has the facial shape and body type of a Border Collie as well. We really don't know 100%, but he sure looks it. Lucas was found wandering in the country, so we are just getting familiar with him here. We don't know what type of home he was from before, but he is super friendly with the staff here. He has very clean teeth and appears to be about 8 months old. The person who found him said he initially barked at his dogs, but didn't act in an aggressive manner toward them. He weighs 43 pounds and is a nice, active boy. He would be great for an active person who is looking for a pal to go on lots of outdoor adventures together. $350.00 will help us with the cost of his shots, microchipping and neuter. Raindrop can be a little unsettled when first meeting a new dog or person, but settles in beautifully with some patience. She is mostly cautious when meeting new strangers, and may bark in fear at new dogs or people. She has improved greatly in our group training class and is feeling more comfortable meeting new friends. Raindrop does not currently live with cats but we suspect she might do fine with them. Raindrop is a loyal, smart, face-licker ready to help your life start fresh with her joining your family. She would love to meet you and change your life for good. We rescued him September of 2020 at the Stockton Animal Shelter. He was abused and at first he was very stand offish and scared to come in the house and be around us. Eventually, he came around and started to get comfortable. We are not too sure about his age, but from the information given from the rescue he is 6 years old. He is half border collie and pit-bull and does great with other dogs and is good on and off leash. He does not like cats, so I recommend he goes to a home where there are no cats. He is great with kids too. I have an 11 year old and he has been around her since she was 7 years old. He has been around lots of kids at parties/parks and he has always been well behaved. He loves going on walks and being able to run around to get all his energy out. He loves to be loved on and is the biggest sweetheart. He always greets you at the front door and his favorite kinds of toys are ropes and bones. He has also been professionally trained.
