Story
Todd is honestly a wonderful dog. We got him from a farm in De Beque. He does not bark much, only as a warning to us when someone is at the door, or he hears something suspicious. He loves to hike, run alongside me mountain biking, is desperate for walks every day and is very loving. Todd is 6 years old. He needs a home that is very outgoing and active, preferably without young children. The reason we have chosen to rehome him is we simply cannot keep up with his need for activity anymore. If you're looking for a hiking, running or mountain bike buddy, he might be the perfect dog for you!

Story
Scout is a precious Border Collie mix who lost his leg in a previous accident in his previous home. He is a fully healed tripawd and having one less leg does not slow him down! He is as active, energetic and playful as any other Collie! His temperament is friendly and affectionate. He has an active curiosity in other dogs and would most likely love a playmate. Hes a great medium sized dog who would do well with any family as long as they will exercise and play with him and show him love. Although Scout only has 3 legs, as a Border Collie, he is still going to need an active family! He would be a great walking or hiking companion. Tripawds can usually live their lives just like any other dog on four paws as long as they stay lean and fit! As they age, we recommend putting them on a joint glucosamine supplement so that their joints are well supported as they grow into their golden years.   **If you have any questions about owning a very active tripawd border collie, feel free to ask to speak with our Director Amy :) Her senior border collie has thrived as a tripawd for most of her life and is now over 13 years old! We are happy to inform and support you as you make this decision to bring a special needs pup into your life! We do not see Adopt-a-Pet inquiries! Koa is an extremely sweet dog. He is a big cuddler and he loves playing with toys and chewing on bones/sticks. He gets along great with other dogs and cats and he loves all people. He has quite a bit of energy, so he needs to go to someone who has a pretty active lifestyle and has time to exercise him daily. He has a little bit of a problem with indoor etiquette so he will need more house training. He will make an amazing companion for someone who can better suit his needs.

Rogue is a highly intelligent, very energetic dog. She is a cuddle bug, but also can go go go. We adopted her as a puppy and had hopes of her and our older dog bonding and more energy coming into our home. However, our older dog is stubborn, and does not like to be bothered. And rogue just wants to play. She loves to chase the ball, run, hike, and do all the things. However- we work night shifts and Rogue does not get as much exercise and outdoor time as she deserves.

Story
Bear is a bright, fun-loving pup with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. He thrives when he has a purpose and a family to share his enthusiasm with. With regular exercise and mental enrichment, Bear truly shines—especially during his favorite nose-work and search-and-find games for treats. He absolutely loves other dogs and would be happiest in a home with canine friends to play with and learn from. Because of his strong prey drive, Bear will need a home without cats or small animals. Smart and eager to please, Bear learns quickly and is ready to blossom with continued, consistent training. He’s looking for an active, experienced adopter who enjoys engaging with their dog through play, structure, and positive reinforcement. For the right home, Bear will be an incredibly loyal, entertaining, and rewarding companion.
