He once tried herding sheep but quickly decided that eating sheep poop was far more exciting! He turns six on September 11th. Roo is an all‑around great dog who wants an active home where he can run, play, and be loved.Roo has lived comfortably in a multi‑dog household and gets along very well with other dogs. He’s lived with a cat too, though he still feels tempted to chase it. Hi, I'm Stan! 🐾💙 I'm a 3-year-old, 37-pound pup with a big smile, an even bigger heart, and enough love to make every day a little brighter. I've been patiently waiting for my forever family, and I just know they're out there looking for a guy like me. If you ask me what my perfect day looks like, it's pretty simple. I'd start with some time outside exploring, sniffing all the interesting smells, and soaking up the sunshine. Then I'd enjoy some playtime with my dog friends (I get along great with other dogs!), maybe make a few new human friends, and if I'm really lucky... end the day with a doggie cupcake! Those are definitely one of my favorite treats. I'm a playful guy who loves being part of whatever my family is doing. Whether we're going for a walk, playing in the yard, or relaxing together after a fun day, I'm happiest when I'm with my people. I've been told I have an easygoing personality, and I think that's pretty accurate. I get along wonderfully with other dogs and children, so I'd fit right into an active family that's ready for a loyal, loving companion.
