Story
Ki is a busy 27 pound year old girl who loves to chase balls or frisbees. She is crate trained and walks on a leash. She loves other dogs and wants to wrestle and play chase with them. She would probably love to do agility or other dog sports. She is very confident in new places and in new situations and with new people. She is probably too rowdy for young children. For an application to meet and possibly adopt Ki, please contact Joanne at jobradow@aol.com Ki’s adoption fee is $150April 14, 2024, 3:31 pm

Hi, I`m Lilly, a gentle soul seeking a patient and loving home. Arriving here on 03/21/2024 due to my owner`s circumstances, I`m ready for a fresh start. Though shy and fearful at first, with a bit of time, I blossom into a sweet and loyal companion. I`ve been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, all set for new adventures. Having lived with other dogs before, I`m open to furry siblings. If you`re willing to give me the time and understanding I need to adjust, I promise to fill your life with endless love and gratitude. Story
Daisy Mae is a 7-year-old, 75 lb, Border Collie/Heeler mix looking for her forever family. She is UTD, spayed, microchipped and housebroken. Daisy Mae is medium energy and would love a family to relax with after going on walks and chasing balls. She is good with dogs her size or larger but not good with small dogs and not good with cats, and prefers no children. Daisy can be prone to UTI's so she takes a cranberry supplement to help prevent them. She has been known to guard items of high value and would benefit from an active and experienced family that has previous experience with resource guarding behaviors. Training will be provided at no cost to her new family to help ensure her success. Daisy Mae has to find her new forever home because she currently lives with a toddler and needs to be in a home without children under the age of 16 yrs old due to resource guarding behaviors. Daisy's ideal home would be an adult only home that is open to participating in training to make some minor resource guarding issues easier to manage. She is a well-trained, medium energy companion that would make an amazing pet. Please note, Daisy Mae is part of Happy Trails Animal Rescue’s rehoming program. Information provided is based on their current guardian’s statements and limited interaction with volunteers. They are not under the care of the rescue. They are under the care of their current guardian. The owner is subject to placement outside of our organization. We cannot guarantee availability. Adoption fee REDUCED: $ 75 ##1177999##

Story
My siblings and I have been in the care of Pet Alliance since we were 4 weeks old. I had the good luck of being with a fantastic human foster mom. I have been learning so much from her and my siblings about how to dog. Like a typical puppy, I like to check out and chew on just about everything. Most of my time during the day is split between playing and sleeping. I am doing pretty well with going potty outside but will still have accidents inside. It takes human kids 2-3 years to go potty in the toilet so I'm proud of myself for mostly figuring it out before 2 months. Since I'm not fully vaccinated I have not explored places other than my home and backyard. I will need patience as I learn to walk on a leash and build confidence in encountering all the sights and sounds in the big world. My mom is a Border Collie, so that means I will likely be between 30 and 55 lbs when fully grown (but genetics are weird, so you never know!) and I'm going to be very hyper, so I will need lots of mental and physical enrichment to stay happy and healthy. Training will be a must!If you are interested in meeting me and believe you can give me a lifelong home, which could be 15 years, please reach out to my foster mom. She will be setting up meet-and-greets at our house as her schedule allows. If you want to see pictures and videos of my journey you can find Smorepuppies on both Facebook and Instagram. My foster mom works odd hours, so be patient, and she will get back to you. Her name is Megan and her email is meoates65@gmail.com
