Meet Theo! Theo is a neutered Border Collie mix who loves long walks, runs, playing outside, and relaxing at home with his people. He is potty trained and even knocks at the door when he needs to go outside. Theo is incredibly loyal once he trusts you, but he can be fearful and defensive when meeting new people and needs patience and time to warm up. He enjoys playing with other dogs after a slow, patient introduction, but because he resource guards toys, his crate, and his personal space at home, we believe he would be happiest as the only pet. He also needs a home without children. Theo has megaesophagus and eats and drinks from elevated bowls, and his feeding benches will go with him. Theo is a great dog with so much potential. With an experienced, patient owner who can provide structure, training, and a safe environment, we truly believe he will thrive and become an amazing companion.

She is smart, affectionate, energetic, crate trained, up to date on vaccines, and has completed professional training. Basil was trained using positive reinforcement and a prong collar per professional guidance, and she responds well to treat-based rewards. She struggles with anxiety and resource guarding, so she needs a patient owner who can continue her training and provide structure and consistency. Due to unexpected unemployment and financial hardship, we can no longer provide the time and resources she deserves.
