She is 100% crate-trained and handles her overnight/crate time beautifully without any accidents. She knows to go outside, though as a 7-month-old puppy, she can still have an occasional accident indoors if her humans miss her "I need to go" signals. She thrives on a consistent schedule!. She is highly food-motivated, eager to please, and absolute magic to train! Personality: Sweet, incredibly smart, loving, and full of life! Autumn has strong herding instincts and a lot of athletic energy. Because she tends to try and "herd" or nip when excited, she needs a home without small children. She would thrive best with an experienced owner, familiar with working or herding breeds, or an active family who can give her a job.

She recently returned to H.A.L.O. after her adoptive home found that she played a little too rough with their small dog and had a habit of chasing and nipping at their toddler. While she wasn’t the right fit for that home, Shelly does wonderfully with larger dogs and older children who can keep up with her and hold their own! Because of her strong herding tendencies and high energy, Shelly will do best with an active family who can provide plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, training, and appropriate outlets for her natural instincts. She’s smart, affectionate, playful, and still has plenty of puppy growing and learning to do!If you’re looking for a fun, energetic companion who will keep you laughing—and on your toes—Shelly might be your girl! ❤️Requirements: Martingale Collar; No Small Dogs or Young ChildrenAll of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home.
