Story
Naomi is an adorable, herding-type girl whose energy, intelligence, and enthusiasm are very typical of this breed category. She recently enjoyed a lunch outing with staff and showed just how fun and engaging she can be.She loaded easily into the car and was clearly excited for the adventure. While she did some happy wiggling and exploring at first, she settled in well with only occasional vocalizing. At the café, Naomi walked politely, sat calmly while ordering, and relaxed beautifully once food arrived, soaking up the sunshine and downtime.Naomi truly shines when she gets to move. She loved zooming around on a long line, splashing in the water, and rolling in the grass. She appears well-suited for an active home and may excel in dog sports or other structured activities that give her both physical and mental outlets. She is very treat-motivated and already knows cues such as sit, speak, and paw. She is eager to learn, with down still being a work in progress. During play, Naomi can become overstimulated and may jump up or grab at arms with some pressure while vocalizing, which is common in herding-type dogs. She responds well to redirection and slows easily with treats, and continued training will help her build appropriate play skills.Despite her high energy, Naomi also knows how to settle and relax during quieter moments, happily recharging when given the chance.Naomi is ready to go and would thrive with an adopter who understands herding breeds and is excited to continue her training, provide structure, and embrace an active lifestyle.

Story
Scout is a nearly two year old purebred border collie I got from a reputable breeder. Scout is very easy going and friendly. He loves being outdoors. I will only consider rehoming to a new owner that owns a minimum of 0.5 acres fenced and another animal. I am only rehoming because I can not give Scout the outside time he needs.
