Story
Adult male purebred Border Collie needing a loving new home. He is about 4 1/2 years old, very loving, good with people, and has a tender heart. He is a people pleaser, loves affection, and needs kindness, reassurance, and time with his person. He can get anxious if other dogs invade his space, but he settles when he feels safe and secure. I am rehoming him because I am recovering from cancer and can no longer give him the exercise, attention, walking, and room to run that he deserves. This is heartbreaking for me, but I am trying to do what is best for him. I am not looking to make money from him. I only want him to go to the right home. He would do best with someone patient and understanding, preferably someone familiar with Border Collies or sensitive, high-energy dogs. Please be kind. This is not an easy decision

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. WARNING: You are about to fall in love with a dog built like a cartoon character. Meet Libby — aka “LB” aka Little Bigfoot Somewhere along the way, someone thought mixing a Border Collie with a Corgi would create a mini version… They were wrong. What they got instead is this absolutely iconic girl: ✨ 48 pounds of pure love ✨ Full-size body ✨ Short, stubby little legs ✨ 100% unforgettable And honestly? We wouldn’t change a thing. At 6 years old, Libby is that perfect sweet spot — past the chaos, all about the love. She’s: ✔️ House trained ✔️ Crate trained (but doesn’t even need it) ✔️ Spayed, microchipped, and fully vetted ✔️ A total affection magnet If your hand is anywhere near her… boop. She’ll bump it for pets like it’s her full-time job. ❤️ She has a decent amount of energy, but not over the top, and just wants to be near her people. The kind of dog that m becomes your shadow and your heart. Our amazing partners at PetSuites Bloomingdale will be helping us evaluate her dog social skills, but we’re expecting this girl to fit in just about anywhere. Libby isn’t just unique — she’s special. The kind of dog you don’t see every day… and the kind you never forget. ✨ Stay tuned as we learn more about LB ✨ But don’t wait too long… dogs like this don’t stay available Apply soon to adopt at 4luckydogs.org #AdoptLibby #LittleBigfoot #LowRiderLove #RescueDog #AdoptDontShop #4LuckyDogs #FloridaRescue #UniqueDogs #RescueDogs #ForeverHomeWanted Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 1, 2026, 7:14 am

Story
Freya is a 4yr old Border Collie with a big heart. She is extremely intelligent, loving and laid back. She has been in a single dog household all her life after being adopted from a shelter in New York and has traveled with us from New York to Florida at least twice. She has never been aggressive but barks when other dogs walk by. She is generally a very quiet dog who does not bark much and loves to sit with her head in your lap if allowed. She is looking for a home where she will be loved.

Story
Bandit is a young and handsome energetic pup. He is around 40lbs and is a year old. He needs a person willing to spend time continuing his training as he is young and still in the chewing stage. He is treat and attention motivated. He is crate trained, rides well in car, he has made great strides on leash walking and potty training. Bandit has a silly, fun personality. He is very curious and has a lot of potential, I would say medium to high energy but he does have an off switch. He was a little nervous during thunderstorms but just needs to know where his person is. Bandit is an all around love bug that gets along well with other dogs, is neutered, current on immunizations and on preventatives. If he sounds perfect for your family, please fill out our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration ane transfer to his new furever family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue eforts.
