MEET PANDY PAWS🐾 Pandy, our lanky little guy, affectionately nicknamed “Slinky” or “Ferret” because of his goofy build and endless wiggles, is ready for adoption through PAWS Rescue inc. According to Pandy’s DNA test, he is 100% Border collie, 7 1/2 months old and weighs approx 28 lbs. Pandy is an active, smart dog who would absolutely thrive in a home that can keep both his body and brain busy. Whether that’s hiking, running, training, agility work, or just lots of outdoor time, he’s happiest when he has something to do. He is very intelligent and responds well to training when you stay consistent with him. He’s still working on leash manners and can get overstimulated at the start of walks, but once he settles in and gets moving, he calms down and really starts to focus. He can be a little nervous and react around other dogs, (although he is fine with his foster brother) so he’ll need an owner who understands dog behavior and is willing to continue helping him build confidence and good habits. He does best with slow, proper introductions. Unknown on cats. At home, Pandy is a total sweetheart. Absolutely LOVES kids. He loves to cuddle, play, and be near his people. If he had his way, he’d spend all day playing outside near his family. He is also house trained. He’s looking for a very active forever home that will embrace both his goofy energy and his soft, affectionate side. With structure, exercise, and love, he’s going to make someone an incredibly loyal companion. *Fenced yard required*

RE-INTRODUCING TONNIE🐾 Hi, I’m Tonnie and I’m on the hunt for my forever family!💕. I am getting ready to celebrate my 3rd Birthday and would love it to be with my new family! I’m an adorable Australian Kelpie with a sweet, gentle heart and a happy spirit. I love playing with other dogs—or with my toys when it’s just me. Walks, yard time, or chasing water straight from the hose (my favorite!) are all on my list of fun. I can be a little shy when I first meet new people. What I really need is someone patient who will give me time to feel safe. Once I do, you’ll see my sweet side shine—I’ll be right there for belly rubs, back scratches, snuggles on the couch, and maybe even watching TV with you. I’m a softie when it comes to treats (literally, I take them very gently!) and I already know “sit.” My recall? Pretty good… unless something really exciting distracts me! I’ve been to the dog park, done pack walks, and even spent time at Club Hound—I love being around other pups and running free. I’ve also met a cat or two and didn’t make a fuss. I am house trained and mannerly too! One thing to know about me: I have some vision impairment. It doesn’t slow me down much, though—I just occasionally bump into things in new places. At home, you’d hardly notice. I would like to have a fenced yard to run and play in safely. I’ve been blossoming so much in my foster home, and now I’m ready to share all my love, fun, and snuggles with my forever person. Tucker is a great dog! He cannot be in a home with other dogs, he gets aggressive and has attacked. This is why we have made the hard decision to rehome him. He is a very anxious dog, he was abandoned as a puppy in a junk yard. When he was rescued a year later he was kenneled 23 hours a day for 4-5 months while he was re-socialized with humans. He’s will pick one person and become very attached. He’s been around kids and has never been aggressive or had any bad reactions towards any children.
