All of the roommates are graduating next week and moving out of town to places that can’t accommodate her. She is a sweet cuddle bug and has lots of energy, so would do best somewhere with a fenced yard. Juno gets along well with other dogs and with kids. She is smart, house-trained, and crate-trained. Buttercup is a one year old 32 lb female border collie or collie mix female. She ended up in the Brownsville, TN Animal Shelter after being taken from a hoarding case. Buttercup is quite timid until she has had time to acclimate. She is very resistant to leash walking but is making much more progress with a harness. At the dog park, she stayed by my side when we walked it. Buttercup will need a secure yard and a patient person who understands this type of temperament. She is very sweet she is just very timid. She likes going outside and she does well with other dogs. She uses a dog door at my house. She is an escape risk in any new setting. Arvey is a loving, energetic, playful pup that was adopted last July when she was 8 weeks old and is approximately 8 months old now. She is very sweet and gets along well with people and other dogs (she has not been around cats, but her demeanor is very friendly). While Arvey loves to play and fetch balls, she does need more training when it comes to walking on a leash. I am looking to re-home her because she is very strong and jumps up on my grandson, so I do not recommend adopting her if you have small children or are not able to provide daily exercise. She would be best suited for a home with a yard.
