June is a great dog. She needs to be on a farm. Gets along well with other dogs. She needs more attention than I can give her right now.She needs more time with little kids ( under 3 years old). Had friends over with little kids (2 and 1) she didn’t do well with. My children are 8,16,17. She seemed very anxious.

Story
It breaks our hearts to say this, but we’re searching for a new home for our sweet boy, Panda. Panda is an incredibly loving, energetic dog with a huge heart. He’s smart, eager to please, and quickly learns new things—he already knows commands like “lay down” and “shake.” He truly thrives on connection and attention from his people. He absolutely lights up during playtime, especially with his favorite skunk toy or any ball. Watching him run and play brings so much joy—he has a special way of brightening a home. This has been a very difficult decision, made out of love and a desire to do what’s best for him. We are also expecting, and won't have the proper time to train a young pup and raise a baby. Panda would do best as the only male dog in a home where he can receive all the time, attention, and affection he deserves. We’re hoping to find a person or family who will love him as much as we do. Please reach out if you think you could be the right home for Panda ❤️

Story
Winston - Deaf Dogs Hear with Their Hearts Hello world I'm Winston....please don't mind me as I practice my sign language! You see, I'm hearing impaired, but I am super smart so I use hand signs to communicate! I have been waiting a while for my perfect home, but I will be a great companion once I find the right match. I will need SEVERAL MEETS before adoption, as I am people selective and it takes me a bit to get to know and trust someone. I'm a two year old who is a happy, handsome fella with gorgeous baby blues and would love to be someone's one and only. Once I trust them, I'd love for them to take me on walks/runs, play fetch, toss me toys, snuggle with me and teach me new commands! I do have a few requirements, though: I NEED A FENCED IN YARD, AN EXPERIENCED OWNER AND MUST BE AN ONLY DOG. So, if you have enough time, patience, dogs skills and can go slow with me, I will learn to trust you and be your loyal forever boy. No apartments please! Also, small children make me really nervous as I can't hear them so teenagers and adults only. I also prefer a house that won't be active with too many strangers coming and going but am crate trained, if needed. I currently living with a trainer and she loves me so much that she will provide continued training help for my whole life! I haven't had many good experiences in my life yet, so I'd love to be your loyal best new friend, if you have time to devote to me! Want to meet me and see how amazing we can be together? Please apply at www.nalarescue.org to adopt or for more information. All shots, boosters, rabies, spay/neuter, and microchip is included in NALA Rescue's Adoption donation fee. All meets are scheduled by appointment only once an application is approved. Please apply at www.nalarescue.org and if approved we will reach out to the applicant and answer all questions. All dogs/puppies are available until they are removed from this site so please no inquires if a dog is available.

Story
Reynard is a 4-year-old neutered Red Heeler with endless energy and an even bigger heart. He loves to stay active but is just as happy to curl up and snuggle. We're heartbroken to be searching for his forever home, but after welcoming our baby, Reynard has had a difficult time adjusting. We know he would thrive in a home better suited to his needs. Reynard needs an experienced, confident owner who is committed to continuing his training. He is reactive and aggressive toward other dogs and would do best as the only pet in a home with no young children. His herding instincts are also in full swing! Since rescuing him at 2 years old, he has worked with two professional trainers and has made some progress, but he still needs consistency, structure, and someone willing to continue helping him succeed. Reynard is incredibly loyal, affectionate, and has so much potential to be an amazing companion for the right person. Please reach out with any questions!

Story
Perseus “Persey” is the perfect adventure companion packed into a medium dog build. Standing at 33 pounds he fits nicely on a lap or in the car. He loves walks, hiking, swimming, or trail riding. Persey is just as happy snuggled up on the couch with his people. He is good with other animals in the home once introduced but is leash reactive so not a good fit for dog park type settings. He has behaved when visiting others with cats but we do not have cats of our own.Rehoming as we have a young child who is not respectful of his boundaries. Persey has nipped at this child once when he fell onto Persey, and should go to owners without young children. He is ideal for a home with a fenced in yard.He is leash trained, and kennel trained. He enjoys treats and is never protective of his food. Very loyal to his humans.

Story
Cam is a 6 1/2 year old blue heeler/rottweiler mix. He is a loyal and energetic companion. Cam needs someone who can support him with an active lifestyle. He loves having a job and in an ideal world we believe he’d do best living on a property with lots of room to run. Cam is house trained as well as kennel trained. Cam enjoys lots of attention and companionship and has always done an awesome job at reciprocating love and appreciation.
