Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Lela.  She is approximately 5-6 months old.  She was found as a stray and is thought to be a Border Collie mix.  Lela has been in a foster home since she was around 17 weeks.  Immediately her foster Mom noticed a problem with the way she walked.  After an exam and x rays it was found that Lela had a broken hip.  She had an extensive surgery to shave down her femoral bone and reattach her butt muscles.  It has been almost 5 weeks since her successful surgery and she is doing amazing. She still struggles jumping a bit, but her foster Mom believes with time she will be able to.  She is finally ready for her forever home.  Lela is a very very smart, sweet, happy girl.   She is 100% potty trained in her foster home and knows a few commands like sit and speak.  She loves all people....men, women, and children.  She also loves other dogs, but can have some jealousy issues sharing bones and toys.  For a puppy she is not high energy.  She loves and needs a nice walk, but is very content laying on the floor chewing a bone or a toy.  She also loves to be outside.  She is very content just laying in the grass or by a campfire with you.  Lela is not so much a snuggler despite her love of people.  She prefers to sprawl out on the floor, on a cool spot, or in her crate alone. Yes she is crate trained and she does great.  She often goes in there for nap time without being coaxed.  She sleeps in her crate every night. She is still a puppy and she is still in the chewing phase so she needs a lot of supervision with that.  If she can get it, it's fair game. She loves to play fetch, chase and jump after grasshoppers, and even play wrestle a little bit. She will make any family a wonderful addition.     When applying to adopt through ODAAT, please know that we take pride in placing our animals appropriately based on their needs and personality. We want the best family for them and the perfect fit for your family. We look at each and every application that comes into our rescue in attempts to make the perfect match! Story
This handsome gentleman is Rocky. He has a very laid back personality, but still lives to run around and play. He is very independent and loves to explore the great outdoors. He does exceptionally well for his baths and walks nicely on leash. Herding is his thing so he would do best in a home with no kitty friends, but he is willing to meet with other doggie friends to see if he could have a playing partner. He knows how to sit and spin for his treats, but will need help with his potty training and learning any other basic training skills. If you are interested in adding this beautiful boy to your family please feel free to apply for him at www.clearfieldcountyspca.org

Story
🐾WALLACE🖤 Wallace is a loving, handsome, 1.5 year old border Collie/husky mix. He is amazing with other dogs & lives with a bunch of them! He does well with cats as long as a clear expectation is made of how he should behave. 🐱 Wallace is house trained and kennel trained, and he walks/runs well on leash! He would do well with older children as long as they are familiar with the breed & ok with potentially being herded. 🐶 This sweet boy thrives with consistency. He has a hard time adapting to change but has gotten better and will continue to improve with the right amount of training. Wallace can get very excited and just needs someone calm and consistent in these times to help him be the best boy!🖤 Is Wallace the pup you’ve been looking for?
