Story
Leo is an silly playful male Border Collie mix that was born in April 2017. He loves to run, go on car rides and cuddle. He enjoys being with people and is a good fit for older children. Leo is already housebroken and would enjoy having a fenced in backyard. A privacy fence would be best. Leo prefers the company of big dogs over little ones. If you own another dog, we can do a meet and greet to see if they are compatible. Kitties, unfortunately, are not a good fit. Due to a genetic skin disorder, Leo must take medication every other day. For a wonderful dog like Leo, it is a small price to pay. Leo is anxious to have a family of his own. Will that be you?To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Story
I have been at the SPCA for over 90 days, so my adoption fee has been reduced to $25 in an effort to find me a home more quickly!I came to SPCA in July after my owner passed away and have been living here for over 135 days". Pigeon is a very sweet and calm girl who is the best emotional support for our girl Dove, she is good with most other dogs and is pretty quiet. She is more extroverted compared to Dove, and when she gets outside, she really lets her extroverted self-shine bright and true! She loves loads of hugs, kisses and pets sooooo many pets! Her and her sister are a bonded pair and need each other to be the best girls ever, and they need to be in a quiet and calm environment that will let them take their time getting to know and learn to love their furrever home! My foster mom says I am playful and kind and sweet! She cuddles with me often and I love it! I am currently living in her barn with my sisters and brother. I can't give you much info on how I was treated before because that part of life was ruff and I chose not to remember that! I can tell you that I would be easy to house train because I wait to go potty when my foster mom opens our door to the outside kennel! Please consider adopting me so I can bring a smile to your face and be your best friend! I dont like small children. We don't have cats at our foster home, so I am not sure how I will be around them. I will need someone that is willing to give me a few days to "warm up to you" I have not been socialized at my old place. However, my foster mom says that i am a big baby and very sweet after I figured out that she was a loving Hooman! I will shy away from you at first, but I will be your best friend in a few days! Patience, realistic expectations and a good match in a home environment are the keys to success! Pigeon is currently available from a loving foster home. Please email bspcafoster@gmail.com to coordinate a time for a meet and greet! Primary Color: Brindle Weight: 53 Age: 3yrs 2mths 0wks

Story
I have been at the SPCA for over 90 days, so my adoption fee has been reduced to $25 in an effort to find me a home more quickly! This is Pelicano! She is a super smart dog who loves treats, she is extremely unsocialized due to being part of an overwhelmed owner. This beautiful girl is doing a lot better, but we believe it would be best for her to go to a home with kids 12 and older so that she can be in a calmer environment. Which is best for her since she is very shy at first, she is very sweet and loving once she comes out of her shell. Patience, realistic expectations and a good match in a home environment are the keys to success! What my foster person says about me: I am a big goof ball and love to run and play! I would need to have room to run and play and show you how pawsome i am! I love belly rubs and pets!! She cuddles with me often and I love it! I am currently living in her barn with my sisters and my brother. I can't give you much info on how I was treated before because that part of life was ruff and I chose not to remember that! I can tell you that I would be easy to house train because I wait to go potty until my foster mom opens our door to the outside kennel! Please consider adopting me so I can make you laugh smile and be your best friend! Visit any time we are open Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-5pm to foster or adopt one of these special pups! What my friends of SPCA of Bradley County say about me:-Once this beautiful girl comes out of her shell and is comfortable with you, she is the BIGGEST goofball. She loves to play with toys, give lots of love and kisses, she loves being outside and being able to run around and just enjoy life. She loves a good belly rub. Please remember this is after weeks of working with her, spending time with her and loving her. Her and all these beautiful babies need homes that will be quiet, patient and understanding of her circumstances.Pelicano is currently available from a loving foster home. Please email bspcafoster@gmail.com to coordinate a time for a meet and greet! Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Brindle Weight: 45.9 Age: 4yrs 2mths 0wks

Story
I have been at the SPCA for over 90 days, so my adoption fee has been reduced to $25 in an effort to find me a home more quickly!Dove and Pigeon are just like yin and yang, Cheech and Chong, Harold and Kumar, Batman and Robin, Sheldon and Amy. Basically, you can't have one without the other. Dove is a little shier and more reserved while she does take more time to warm up to others her sister Pigeon truly helps her come out of her shell. Pigeon is Doves emotional support, and she needs her to become the best Dove she can be. Once she gets outside, she truly spreads her wings! She loves to jump around and love on those she is truly comfortable with. My foster mom says I am very very sweet and kind and gentle! She cuddles with me often and I love it! I am currently living in her barn across from my sisters and brother. I can't give you much info on how I was treated before because that part of life was ruff and I chose not to remember that! I can tell you that I would be easy to house train because I wait to go potty when my foster mom opens my door to the outside kennel! Please consider adopting me so I can be myself and open up and be your best friend! I dont like small children. We don't have cats at our foster home, so I am not sure how I will be around them. I will need someone that is willing to give me a little while to "warm up to you" I have not been socialized at my old place. However, my foster mom says that i am a big baby and very sweet after I figured out that she was a loving Hooman! I will shy away from you at first, but I will be your best friend when I learn to trust! Patience, realistic expectations and a good match in a home environment are the keys to success!
