Story
Three years ago we found this sweet girl abandoned in the national forest. We took her in, asked around to make sure she wasn't missing from a nearby home, and even had her checked for a microchip at the vet, but unfortunately she didn't have one.Since then, she's been a wonderful dog. She is:*Leash trained*Kennel trained*Not food aggressive*Gentel and kind with children*Good with other dogs*Doesn't chase chickens*Enjoys riding in an ATV*Loves attention, belly rubs and being around people (Including strangers)She has been a great outdoor dog and has a very sweet temperament. The reason we're looking to rehome her is simple that our current living situation doesn't allow her in the house, and we dont have the time to give her the attention and companionship she deserves. This is a difficult decision, but it's what's best for her. We're hoping to find a loving home where she can receive plenty of attention and be a valued member of the family. She will come with her XL dog crate and bed.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip, rabies and other core vaccinations. Please complete an adoption application at https://www.asvtexas.org/adoption-application.html. Meet Edward! Edward is a sweet, playful, and affectionate puppy who is looking for his perfect forever home . He is incredibly friendly and thrives on human companionship, making him an amazing buddy and loyal companion for a loving family . True to his puppy nature, Edward is highly social, full of joy, and gets along wonderfully with people . He would do best in an environment where he can get plenty of attention, playtime, and continued guidance as he grows into the best dog he can be . ASVT does not have a facility; all of our adoptable pets live in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted. No one takes a salary so all donations and grants are used for the rescue animals. Story
Kai is a sweet and gentle girl that was dumped in the country and found by a Good Samaritan who brought her to our rescue. Kai appears to have been someone's pet as she has good manners and is eager to please. Kai is a medium sized dog and would do well in any type of home. She thrives on attention and is incredibly friendly to everyone she's met. We feel she would do well in any type of home and would be an amazing addition to any family! Kai is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative so she's ready to find her loving forever home! Please contact our rescue if you are interested in adopting or fostering. We will schedule a day/time for you to meet our adoptable animals first. If you decide to adopt or foster, we will provide an application to be approved. Once approved, an adoption or foster contract is signed. If you are fostering, you will be provided with all necessary items for the pet (food, bowls, crate, collar, leash, etc.). If adopting, we require an adoption fee that covers a portion of the cost of veterinary care. This is fully refundable for the life of the pet should the adoption fall through at any point. We will always take our pets back regardless of the situation.
