Story
Meet Pepper (Gypsophila) This gorgeous girl is every bit as sweet as she looks — smart, athletic, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. When Pepper first came to us, she was a shy, unsure pup. With time, patience, and love, she’s blossomed into a confident, affectionate companion who’s ready to find her forever home. She’d love to have another dog in the family to help her continue to build confidence and share playtime adventures. Pepper is just under a year old, healthy, spayed, and microchipped — ready to start her next chapter! If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle soul to add to your home, Pepper will steal your heart. #BellesBudsRescue #AdoptPepper #RescueDog #FallInLove ##2513654##

Story
Three years ago we found this sweet girl abandoned in the national forest. We took her in, asked around to make sure she wasn't missing from a nearby home, and even had her checked for a microchip at the vet, but unfortunately she didn't have one.Since then, she's been a wonderful dog. She is:*Leash trained*Kennel trained*Not food aggressive*Gentel and kind with children*Good with other dogs*Doesn't chase chickens*Enjoys riding in an ATV*Loves attention, belly rubs and being around people (Including strangers)She has been a great outdoor dog and has a very sweet temperament. The reason we're looking to rehome her is simple that our current living situation doesn't allow her in the house, and we dont have the time to give her the attention and companionship she deserves. This is a difficult decision, but it's what's best for her. We're hoping to find a loving home where she can receive plenty of attention and be a valued member of the family. She will come with her XL dog crate and bed.

Meet Edward! Edward is a sweet, playful, and affectionate puppy who is looking for his perfect forever home . He is incredibly friendly and thrives on human companionship, making him an amazing buddy and loyal companion for a loving family . True to his puppy nature, Edward is highly social, full of joy, and gets along wonderfully with people . He would do best in an environment where he can get plenty of attention, playtime, and continued guidance as he grows into the best dog he can be . ASVT does not have a facility; all of our adoptable pets live in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted. No one takes a salary so all donations and grants are used for the rescue animals. Story
Hi there!! My name is Oliver - The name Oliver is derived from the old Norse name Áleifr, meaning 'ancestor's descendant.' The most common nickname for Oliver is Ollie. I LOVE to be called Ollie...well that's what my photographer likes to call me anyway ;) So I used to belong to an awesome member of our wonderful military. He got me as a pup. After awhile like many of our wonderful soldiers, he was deployed and unable to care for me anymore. He found someone to adopt me, but that didn't work out either. I was abandoned and left alone to care for myself. I sure was missing my soldier :( So now I'm here at Lucies and making friends fast! These volunteers are absolutely amazing. Most of the dogs here are as well. Our pack leader KJ, usually keeps most of us in line ;) I'm now ready for a PERMANENT home of my own. After being left twice, I'm afraid no one wants me. I'm a good boy and I love to run and play or just cuddle and snuggle. Won't you please, please inquire about me? I'd love to meet you!!! *** We strive to ensure our dogs are going to a safe, loving and caring home. Phone interviews are required for all adoptions****June 8, 2026, 12:22 am

Story
Hi there! I'm called Carlee. The original meaning of this name is 'free man'. Well in my case it's free woman - woohoo!!! I was abandoned and finally picked up by the PoPo when I was found roaming the streets. A nice police officer assumed a not so happy fate for me, so he decided to take me into his home for safe keeping until I could be turned over to Lucies. That day finally arrived!! I am here and meeting kinds of new friends and learning all kinds of new things. The peeps here are super duper nice and sweet, and they always have treats in their pockets. Can you believe that??!!! Now that I've been here a bit, I've seen a few doggies go and more come! While that saddens me to lose a friend, it also makes me happy to have new ones. What I would really like though is to have a family and home of my very own. Won't you please inquire about me? *** We strive to ensure our dogs are going to a safe, loving and caring home.
