Bear is the newest addition to our PAWS family. While he’s still getting to know us and settling into his new routine, he’s already fitting in wonderfully. One thing we’ve learned very quickly? Bear absolutely loves love! He’s a big cuddle bug who is happiest when he’s getting attention and spending time with his people.Bear is still learning the proper ways to ask for attention and can get a little jumpy when he’s excited, but he’s picking up new skills quickly. He has already mastered "sit" and working hard on the rest of his manners. He’s a smart boy who seems eager to learn and please. Bear previously lived in a home with a young toddler and reportedly did very well with children. As with any dog, we always recommend teaching children how to interact respectfully with dogs and supervising their interactions to help everyone have a safe and positive relationship.Bear has reportedly done well with other dogs, and so far, we haven’t seen anything that would make us question that. He’s curious and interested when he sees the other dogs here at PAWS, although we haven’t introduced him to any play sessions just yet. We’re looking forward to learning more about his social skills as he settles in.Bear has never been around cats. Because of this, any introduction to cats would need to be slow, thoughtful, and patient. We’re happy to provide resources to help his future family learn the best way to make those introductions successful.Bear is still very new to us, but he’s already showing us what a sweet, affectionate, and eager-to-learn guy he can be. She will be fine with kind children over age of 9 yrs old. She is very affectionate with humans, loves dog beds, toys, walks and treats.  She is crate trained, house trained, likes car rides, leash trained and knows commands sit and come.  She just loves her humans! He`s currently around 27 pounds and a little underweight, but he`s got plenty of energy to make up for those missing pounds. Paneer is all about keeping life exciting, and he`s ready to bring his enthusiasm, curiosity, and nonstop fun to his future family. If you`ve been looking for a four-legged adventure buddy, this guy is ready to clock in!Paneer is still a youngster, so he`ll need a family ready to help him channel all that energy into good things. Think walks, hikes, games, training sessions, puzzle toys, and plenty of opportunities to show off that clever Border Collie brain. He`s got lots of growing, learning, and filling out to do, and we suspect he`ll keep his new family on their toes along the way. Life with Paneer is unlikely to be boring, so bring your sense of adventure and come meet this energetic cutie!The dog adoption fee is $110. He is a great companion for an active family with a secure fence, polite/ calm children  and another dog (or only dog but with constant socializing with other dogs).  Mixed Bully breed  experience is recommended.  He is an indoor dog.  He will like walks and dog training/doggie daycare.
