Story
If you are looking for 24/7 entertainment then Arlow is your guy. Whether he’s giving you funny looks and sloppy kisses, sassing you in his own adorable way or sneak attacking another dog’s hind leg, he’ll have you smiling at his antics. Arlow’s start with the HSOP was touch and go, but he came back to life with all the love and care he received. His foster family reports Arlow is: ✔️dog friendly ✔️kid friendly ✔️cat friendly ✔️loves walks and car rides ✔️knows basic commands ✔️ very treat motivated 😋 Arlow would do well in an active home with another young dog to play with but if you think you are the family for him, reach out to HSOP about your situation and learn how you can fill out an adoption application. 🥰

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Zephyr takes Ricky Bobby’s mantra to heart. "If you're not first, you're last," is more than just a line; it's a way of life. He doesn't understand the concept of a leisurely stroll. For Zephyr, every walk is a race, and every yard is a speedway.  His idol, of course, is none other than Ricky Bobby himself. Zephyr sees him as a canine kindred spirit, a fellow speed demon who understands that the world is a track and life is a race. He’s pretty sure that if Ricky Bobby were a dog, he’d be a border collie mix just like him. Fast, a little bit crazy, and with an unquenchable thirst for victory. So, the next time you see a brown and white blur streak past you, just know it’s not a hallucination. It’s Zephyr, living his best life, and doing his idol, Ricky Bobby, proud.  Shake and bake! Story
Baron is always ready for the next adventure, but he is just as excited about who he gets to share it with. Whether he is joining a volunteer for a run, hiking a new trail, or playing a game of fetch, Baron is happiest when he is spending time with his people. This athletic guy has the stamina to keep up with just about anything you have planned, and he has the brains to match. Baron is incredibly smart, sometimes a little too smart for his own good. He loves having a job to do, enjoys learning, and thrives when his mind is just as busy as his body. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his zest for life has a way of making every outing more fun.Despite all of his energy, Baron is not the type of dog who wants to entertain himself. He genuinely enjoys people and wants to be included in whatever the day has in store. If you are looking for a dog who wants to be your partner through every adventure, Baron is ready to tag along.Baron's best fit:Baron is looking for an active home that can keep both his body and his mind engaged. He will need more than a walk around the neighborhood to feel fulfilled. Hiking, running, training, fetch, or other activities that challenge him are all great ways to help Baron thrive. Baron does well with children who are comfortable around an energetic dog, but he appreciates people who respect his space and allow him to interact on his own terms. He is selective with other dogs and has not been tested with cats.
