Meet Legacy! Legacy is a tough case. She's a 5 year old Border Collie that has had a tough life. She started off on a property with over 100 dogs. In order to survive, she had to fight for everything. As a result, she needs to be the only pet. She is also not good with kids as she is a resource guarder. While we can't blame her for her actions, she is a difficult placement. She would do best in a home with one or two adults, where she can come up for attention when she wants it and be allowed to walk away and be left alone when that is what she prefers. Hopper is a very energetic, smart, and curious puppy who loves to play and explore. I feel he would do best in a situation where he had lost of room to run and play and doesn’t have to be kenneled much. He is very playful with both of my boys but I am not sure how he would do around other animals as I have not had him around them. I am wanting to rehome him simply because my family and I travel a lot during the weekends for sports and other events and he doesn’t do very well being kenneled for long periods of time.
