Story
Rizzler is a young boy who is medium energy and has been in and out of foster care, he is now in boarding and with us since he was saved at 6 months from a high kill shelter. He is dog and kid friendly and with slow introductions see him doing well with cats. He loves to play, curious, affectionate and deserves his own family. Is he your next best friend?

Story
Salina is a happy, lovable young pup who is off to a great start with her training! Crate training and leash walking are both going well. She’s still very much a puppy, so a few accidents and typical puppy behaviors are to be expected, but she’s incredibly smart and easy to redirect. She’s already pawing at the door when she wants to go outside for potty time, which is such a great sign! She does wonderful with kids (ages 5 and 8 in her foster home). Like any puppy, she can get a little mouthy when she’s excited or giving kisses, so she’ll need continued reminders and redirection, but she responds quickly and wants to please. Salina loves snuggles just as much as she loves playtime. When meeting strangers, she may be slightly apprehensive at first, but with a proper introduction she warms up and happily accepts pets and scratches. She is very playful and absolutely LOVES being outside, especially playing in the snow! She enjoys all kinds of toys and may occasionally “borrow” a shoe if given the opportunity. Sweet, playful, lovable, and full of fun, Salina has those adorable oversized puppy paws and the cutest slightly clumsy, tumbly run while she grows into them. She’s a fast learner, very people-oriented, and truly loves her humans. Salina would make a wonderful addition to almost any home ready for all the joy (and adorable chaos!) that comes with raising a young puppy.

Story
Meet Miss Kitty, a beautiful adult border collie mix who is ready to find her forever home. She can be a little shy at first and may need some time to warm up, but with patience and kindness her sweet personality shines through. Miss Kitty feels most confident when she has another dog by her side. She loves having a buddy to play with, someone who can show her the ropes and help her feel secure. When she has a playmate, her fun side comes out and she can match their energy and enthusiasm with ease. Once Miss Kitty learns she can trust you, she will happily come over for pets and affection. She may take a little time to show her heart, but once she does, you will see what a gentle and loving dog she truly is. If you are looking for a loyal, playful, and affectionate companion, Miss Kitty could be the one. Apply now to meet her!

Story
Name: Auggie Age: 8 (vet est.) Breed: Aussie Mix Gender: Male Weight: 55 Good with kids: Yes Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton  Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Meet Auggie the Anxiety Aussie!  Auggie joined our partner rescue back in August. We know...thats alot of A's to keep track of. But he likes things to be consistent.  Unfortunately for Auggie, consistency stopped when his family was contacted and never picked him up from a scary high-kill Texas shelter. Auggie is an incredibly sweet, low key, social boy who deeply just wants to be loved and by your side. He does great on car rides, meeting strangers, new animals,  and going with the flow. With this said, Auggie does have separation anxiety and takes medication for this daily. He does require an indestructible kennel when you’re not home. From what we're told, other methods were tried and ended poorly. So its safest for him to be secure. What he'd really love is to be your sidekick,  but we know that isnt realistic for most homes 24/7. Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.February 1, 2026, 4:16 pm
