Story
Sasha is a 3 yr old and weighs 70 lb. She is a female.and is spayed and fully vaccinated. She is house trained and plays well with other dogs. She is very loving and likes to cuddle and get belly rubs. She knows her basic commands and walks well on leash. She can pull at times and I am a 68 yr old that has had knee and shoulder surgery and am not strong enough anymore to safely walk her anymore. She gets along with men, women and my grandchildren. She doesn’t chase after my son’s barn cats but not sure how she would do with a feline roommate.

Hi, I'm Phantome! I am just as intelligent, loyal, and sweet as I am handsome. I like to take my time with new places and people to really observe and soak in everything around me. You can see my mind always whirring, my eyes carefully observing, and my ears are always at attention! I love to watch people and follow you around, being a part of whatever you do. I can be a bit timid at first, but don't let that fool you! Once I settle in quickly, my playful pup side comes out as I romp and snuggle. I love puzzle toys to keep my brain busy and also making new dog friends. I am an excellent walking companion, and I love car rides and new adventures. I make an excellent buddy for all your indoor and outdoor activities - I just love to be by your side! I am also potty and crate trained, which is a bonus! I have been patiently waiting a long time for my family, and would love to be your boy!

Story
Roz is a quiet, calm, polite and very smart pup. She is content relaxing next to you on the sofa or playing a mean game of fetch or tug. She is somewhat independent, but also likes to be affectionate. She will steal your spot on the sofa or in the bed if given the slightest opportunity. Roz does not mind taking a nap in her crate. She also does well in the car. Roz is a bit on the shy side when meeting new people. She seems interested in dogs, but again a bit hesitant to meet them. But she is not afraid of people or dogs. Roz can be bothered by all the outdoor noises (barking dogs, screaming kids), but she is getting better at tolerating them. It is hard for her to turn down a game of fetch even when the dogs are barking! She does not seem interested in walking yet, but we are working on that, as well. Again, probably all the activity going on is a little overwhelming for her. She is a wonderful pup that will surely bring you lots of joy!

Hi there, I'm Atley! AKA, your new best friend! I'm really about as chill as they come, I'm content to just kinda hang out wherever you are. I don't mind meeting other dogs, and so far, I'm yet to meet a person I don't like! My hobbies include going for nice sniffy walks, gobbling up tasty snacks, and hanging out with my people. Maybe we have a couple of those in common?? I can't wait to meet you, come visit me today! I am Heartworm Positive, which means I am available for foster-to-adopt while Animal Friends Alliance provides treatment. Don't worry, though, I've got a normal long life ahead of me, just need a few months of TLC! Ask a staff member for more information about treatment and foster-to-adopt!

Story
ADOPTION FEE: $575 Meet Coneja! This gorgeous sweet lady is ready for her forever home! From her wonder foster 2/27: "Coneja is doing so well! She is the biggest snuggle bug and loves attention! She is very attentive and in tune with what is going on around her. She likes to play quietly with her toys but also has energy when you want to play with her. I have loved getting to know her sweet personality!" We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Please consider supporting us in this mission by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating.

These pups are in Cheyenne, Wyoming too!

Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Hi, we have had Ruby for almost 5 months. We got her from a family friend who was in desperate need of getting rid of her as his dog was trying to harm her. We took her in, in consideration we could get her trained as an emotional service animal for our 4 year old special needs child. Ruby is very possessive (which is good and bad), as she nips our children, while thinking she’s protecting me. My children have no interest in her and she may be jealous of them, but she’s a very timid dog. We’re not sure how she was treated in her previous home, but we are very scared she might hurt our kids, thinking they’re going to hurt me. She is very scared of everything and will not use the bathroom outside if there’s a distraction, as she’ll bark. So much so, if any distraction, such as kids or other animals, get close to her, she will bark so much, her bark will crack and she’ll urinate. I’m unsure of what to do, and the vet recommended a distraction bag, and it still hasn’t been a success.
