This beauty is Ellie. She is a fairly calm girl who is searching for a new home. She does fine with other dogs and coexist but would really love a human to completely dote on her. She has been around children & cats and does fine around both of them. Ellie is crate trained and house trained. She could use a little work on her leash skills, but that doesn't deter her from wanting a nice evening stroll! Her sweet and soulful eyes are really all you need to jump in and say "yes" to Ellie. Story
Otter is a 6 month old mixed breed dog, from New Mexico. He was found wandering alone on the highway and turned into animal control, where no one claimed him. Otter is now in a foster home in Fort Collins. We are guessing him to be. border collie/terrier mix, but he may have many breeds mixed in. He is very sweet and loves to play with other dogs, and has so far been kennel trained and quiet. He barks when he plays but not when alone in his kennel. He is about 23 lbs currently, and probably won't grow to more than 30 lbs full grown. We have not seen him with cats yet. Otter is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Story
Oscar is an almost 2 year old Border Collie mix. Sadly, Oscar spent the majority of his life in a large shelter. He went in when he was about 10 weeks old and stayed there until he was a year and a half, when we were able to get him out. Since then he's been in a foster home. He was very very nervous when he first came in, and wanted nothing to do with new people. He was very gentle however and would just cower or hide when nervous. Since being in foster, he has come a very long way. He walks very well on leash with his trusted people, and doesn't seem scared of car/traffic noises. He is still very shy of new people, but once warmed up he's very sweet and offers tail wags, and likes to be pet. He is kennel trained and likes to go into his kennel as a safe space, and is very food motivated. He is potty trained and will potty on leash. Oscar will need. very patient and quiet home, with the understanding that he will take time to warm up but then will be a very sweet guy. We also recommend he go to a home with other dogs, since he absolutely loves all other dogs and will need a confident dog to show him that things are ok!Oscar is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Story
Nicole is the sweetest girl with a heart full of love and a personality that's impossible to resist. She absolutely loves playing fetch and would happily chase a ball for hours before curling up beside you for a well-earned nap. Nicole thrives on attention, adores being pet, and greets her favorite people with the cutest tippy-tappy feet and a full-body tail wag that's guaranteed to make you smile. She has a fun, playful spirit but also knows how to settle in and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with her family. She's making wonderful progress with both potty training and kennel training. Because she loves being with her people, she may let you know she'd rather not be left behind with a few vocal protests, but she's continuing to build confidence in foster care. Nicole is incredibly friendly with people and has enjoyed meeting everyone she's encountered. She can be a little shy when first meeting new dogs, but once she's had a chance to settle in, she enjoys their company. She has not yet been introduced to cats or children. Smart, affectionate, and eager to engage with her family, Nicole is a quick learner who's ready to continue building her skills with positive reinforcement. She's looking for a home that will embrace her playful personality, include her in everyday adventures, and return all the love she's so eager to give. Nicole is a 2-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Nicole is also tested with other dogs, and working on perfecting her potty and kennel training in foster care. She has not tested with cats or young children. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772 or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! Story
Meet Kymber — the older but wiser gal looking for her next chapter! Kymber is a loyal, loving heeler whose world was turned upside down when her owner passed away. Now, she’s hoping to find a new family to share her heart with. She’s a gentle soul who seems to do well around children — though, true to her heeler nature, she may try to herd their little heels now and then! Kymber does best without dogs and cats in the home and will become stressed when confronted with them when outside. She's a smart dog with a love of learning and very treat motivated. Kymber is a great and loving dog, but she will thrive best in a home that understands the smart and determined heeler breed. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who still has plenty of love (and a bit of spunk!) to give, Kymber might just be the perfect match. 💛 Kymber's adoption fee has been sponsored in full by a generous donor.

Story
I rescued Fergus in Sept of 2023, his birthday was said to be the 1st week of July (vet has it listed as July 1st). He is a very sweet dog and so far has gotten along with every person and dog he has met. He is very energetic, so little kids may get knocked over when playing with him, but he is not aggressive with them, he just doesn't understand how big he is. He tends to be submissive to other dogs, loves to play and run. He is crate trained, not great on a leash, but with a pressure collar does decent. He loves car rides, squeaky toys and cuddles. He needs more room to run and more exercise than we can give him with and it has been a struggle for me to come to the decision to offer him a better and more active life with another family, but it is what the sweet boy deserves. I can provide full records from hus vet upon adoption.
