Story
Meet TOMATO! He is a little prince with main-character energy and pure personality At about 2 years old and 14 pounds as of 9/25/26, he has perfected the art of balance: part adventure buddy, part professional couch potato. One minute he is strutting around like he has a full schedule of very important meetings, and the next he is glued to your side making sure you didn’t forget how adorable he is (don't worry, he will remind you). TOMATO brings that classic Flat Coated Retriever/Collier mix (we think) sass—with a little extra sparkle. He is sassy, curious, and not afraid to keep things interesting. Toys? Yes. Walks? Absolutely. Being involved in everything you are doing? Non-negotiable. If you are looking for a dog with personality, humor, and just the right amount of love, he is ready to run your household... lovingly, of course. If you're interested in making him a part of your family, please fill out an application on our website or send us an email with any questions. We can't wait to hear from you! If you feel that he is a good fit for you/your family, please complete an application from our site, miraclesforsatosrescue.org FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE COMPLETE AN APPLICATION! https://www.miraclesforsatosrescue.org/adopt Please then email the application back to us at miraclesforsatosrescue@gmail.com ------------------------------------- PLEASE READ: This dog is currently located in Puerto Rico. He can be transported once the adoption is approved. We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. In addition, we cannot guarantee the breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please also note that any dog that is "house trained" will still need patience in a new home, new people, and a new schedule. Please be ready to house train ANY dog you adopt! Thank you for understanding.

MEET ARENA! Hi I'm Arena! I am about 1-2 years old, 30 pounds as of July 7, 2026. I am probably a Border Collie/Australian Shepard Mix. Personally, I identify as 100% Good Girl with a minor in Zoomies. I am the perfect size-not "tiny enough to lose in the couch cushions" and not "big enough to steal the whole bed". Although I will gladly test both theories. I come equipped with brains, beauty, and just the right amount of goofy. Whether it's going for adventures, showing off my athletic skills or convincing you that belly rubs should be a full-time job, I am your girl. My resume includes: - professional tail wagger - walk on a leash - get along with dogs - social able - friendly - tennis ball quality inspector - expert cuddler - treat taste tester - full time supervisor of everything you do If you are looking for a loyal sidekick who will make you laugh, keep you active, and remind you that life is better with a dog, I am ready to clock in. So, what do you say? Let's make it official. Adopt me before someone else realizes I am this awesome. If you are looking for a loyal, affectionate pup who's is out of a puppy stage, he might just be your perfect match. Story
Tiffany and Dodger are an adorable bonded pair searching for a family who will open their heart and home to both of them. Our Rescue took them in when they were dumped on a dirt road in a rural area of SC. These sweet little border terrier mixes are approximately 2.5 years old and apx 15 pounds each. They are dog friendly, kid friendly, and perfectly sized to fit beside you on the couch—and into your heart. Tiffany is the precious darker girl with the white markings while Dodger is the handsome tan boy with the adorable upright ears. They each have their own special personality, but what truly makes them shine is the love and comfort they find in one another. They have already built a beautiful bond and depend on each other for companionship and security. Separating them would mean taking away the one constant they know, so they are looking for a forever home where they can remain together. Two little dogs may mean twice the paws, but it also means twice the love, twice the cuddles, and twice the happiness. Tiffany and Dodger aren’t asking for much—just one family willing to promise that their best friendship will never have to end. 💜🐾 ———————————- ❗️Important note about the adoption fee: This pair are among the handful of Arcadia Animal Rescue’s “Hero Dogs” and we want to explain what that means. Arcadia has helped save thousands of animals and currently have over 250 on our caseload. We are run by unpaid volunteers and our only form of income is adoption fees and donations. Yet we continue to take in the animals who are the most overlooked—the pitties and other large breeds who take longer to place, all the while continuing to provide medical care, medications, training and/or boarding when needed, food/supplies, transport, etc. for as long as it takes to get them adopted. Instead of going to a breeder who is profiting off the lives of these animals, by adopting a “Hero Dog”, you are literally saving not just one, but the lives of many others since every single dollar goes directly to the care of the animals in the rescue. The funds that a “Hero Dog” brings in to the rescue are *critically* needed now more than ever, and it gives us the ability to say yes to the next animal who needs help. Thank you for partnering with us in this mission to save these innocent lives!

Story
Hi! My name is Leo, and I’m looking for a forever home where I can continue learning, playing, and being my silly little self! I was picked up as a stray by animal control and taken to a super scary place called a shelter. After my hold time was up, I was in danger of being placed on something very bad called “the list.” Luckily for me, BCAA said YES to helping me! Thank goodness, because the vet says I’m only about 5–6 months old, and I have my whole life ahead of me!I appear to be some type of scruffy terrier mix and weighed about 20 pounds when I first went to the vet. We think I’ll stay a medium-sized dog when I’m all grown up.I’m a sweet, playful guy who loves people, attention, treats, breakfast, dinner, and pretty much anything fun! I can still be a little skittish, especially when something is new or unfamiliar, but I’m settling in more every day. My foster mom says I’m also getting very good at getting into EVERYTHING—which apparently is what puppies do! I absolutely love other dogs! I’ve gotten along with dogs of all sizes, and I especially love my little foster dog friend. I think having another confident, playful dog in my forever home could really help me come out of my shell and feel comfortable even faster. I’ve also shown no interest in cats so far. When I first arrived in foster, I had a couple of accidents in my crate, but once I figured out that there was a schedule and I’d be getting outside regularly, I caught on quickly and have been doing so much better! I’m also learning about this whole leash thing and doing pretty well—especially when treats are involved! I’m still a puppy, so I’ll need a family who is ready to keep teaching me, give me plenty of appropriate outlets for my energy, and help me build confidence as I grow.If you’re looking for a sweet, scruffy, playful puppy with a little bit of goofy mischief thrown in, Leo might just be your guy! If you’d like to learn more about Leo or meet him, please fill out an application at www.bcaaofnj.org. Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter. Story
Please contact Candace (ccrnewengland@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Some puppies are simply easy to picture in your life, and beautiful Winnie is one of those special girl puppies. Can you picture a happy little face following you into the backyard, chasing a ball, exploring every corner, and then coming back to you because being near her people is really the best part? That is Winnie. She is playful without being wild, curious without being reckless, and affectionate without needing to be glued to you every second. She is a puppy who wants to be involved in life with her family.Winnie was born July 11 as one of twelve puppies to a beautiful red, scruffy Border Terrier mix mama. She has been raised in a wonderful foster environment surrounded by children, other dogs, and adults who have handled, cuddled, and socialized her from the beginning. Those early experiences have helped Winnie become a confident, loving puppy who is ready to continue learning with her forever family. We think Winnie will be an especially wonderful fit for a family who enjoys being together and wants a dog who can grow up alongside them. She would love a fenced yard for those backyard adventures, a family willing to play fetch and teach her new things, and people who will appreciate her sweet, thoughtful nature. She is smart and eager to learn, so a family who enjoys training and watching a puppy discover her talents will have a lot of fun with her.Winnie is expected to grow into a beautiful 45–50 pound girl with a short coat. She is still very much a puppy, which means she is also in the “everything goes in my mouth” phase. Fingers are currently competing with chew toys for her attention, so we feel older children, 10+, would be the best fit. She will need patient adults who can give her consistent guidance and redirect that puppy enthusiasm toward appropriate toys. But underneath those puppy teeth is a girl with an enormous capacity to love. Winnie is thoughtful, affectionate, playful, and wonderfully curious. She is going to be the kind of dog who learns your routines, knows when it is time to play and when it is time to settle down, and eventually becomes the companion who seems to have always belonged there. If you are looking for a puppy who can be your backyard playmate, your adventure buddy, your student, your shadow, and eventually your best friend, Winnie may be exactly the girl you have been waiting for.Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com     October 27, 2026, 4:21 pm
