Story
This sweet 2-3-year-old, 25-pound terrier mix is equal parts cuddle bug and tiny wildlife patrol officer. Dove is looking for a home with a 6-foot fenced yard--because let's just say she takes her job of monitoring the local critter population very seriously. 🐿ï¸ÂðŸ‡ Her motto? "You can run, but I will absolutely try to catch you!" Because Dove can get a little enthusiastic when critters are involved, she'll need a confident, strong leash walker who can keep up with her adventures. The good news? She's housetrained, sweet as can be, and ready to find her forever home! Basically, Dove is a lovable little terrier with a big personality, four-wheel drive, and a questionable relationship with squirrels. 🐾😂 Dove is currently completing her heartworm treatment. Which is fully paid by the rescue. 📍 Fostered in Audubon,NJ 📧 Questions: ammrshelly@gmail.com 📝 Apply: tinyurl.com/ammradoptapp Meet Dove! ❤ï¸Â Online Application: https://www.trackabeast.com/tabbe/form/790/7000790146940/dog/adoption_allmuttsmatter.html Check us out on FB https://m.facebook.com/groups/927573409001459/?ref=share Or our Instagram https://www.instagram.com/all_mutts_matter_rescue?igsh=MWVycnBzMjFkOG5lNQ== Adoption donation of $425 includes age-appropriate vaccinations and spay/neuter when pup is approximately 5-7 months of age. Story
Hi!  My name is Leo and I am looking for a forever home.  I was picked up as a stray by animal control and taken to a super scary place called a shelter where, after my hold time was up, I was in danger of being placed on something bad called "the list".  Fortunately for me, a small local rescue got in touch with BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes!  Thank goodness as the vet says I'm only about 5-6months old and I have my whole life in front of me!  I appear to be some type of scruffy terrier mix and when I first went to the vet I was only about 20 pounds so the best guess is I will stay a medium sized dog once I am full grown.  Things I have learned I love:  people and getting attention, breakfast and dinner, treats, and playing.  I have gotten along with all of the dogs I have met of various sizes and so far haven't paid any attention to those things called cats.  I had a couple of accidents in my crate when I first came into foster, but then I learned that there was a schedule, that I was going to get out on a regular basis and I have been doing so much better!  I am learning about a leash and have been doing pretty good on it (those treats help!) but I would still love to have a fenced yard that I can safely run around in and take care of my business.  If you would like to learn more about me or meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org. Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter.
