Meet Hockley! This sweet guy has a quite a story to tell. He originally came to Colorado around four years ago — his owner had passed away in the home with Hockley in there. He was transferred to the Alliance to be treated for heartworm and adopted once clear. Hockley was hiding a bad habit, the habit of running and never looking back! After two separate five week long escapes, Hockley finished his heartworm treatment and was adopted into a loving home after being recaptured. In his new home, no more escapes thanks to being appropriately leashed (harness, collar and waist leash). Hockley has found himself back in need of a home without babies or small children (due to the chance of them leaving a gate or door open). He does well with other dogs and seems to ignore cats! He is funny, cuddly and a 10/10 on the cute scale. To top it all of? He is also house trained. Hockley is entering his middle aged years and with a life story that could fill a book, could you help him write his new chapter? Ask about this fluffy boy, today!

Email our EAC team at EAC@savinganimalstoday.org for more information! Arabella is an Australian Kelpie mix with a zest for life that shines through her happy, wiggly body language. This girl loves people and loves life, and she’s not shy about showing it—expect lots of kisses and enthusiastic greetings! Arabella is very high energy and would thrive in an active home with humans or other dogs that can keep up with her adventurous spirit. She’s still working on her leash manners, as her excitement sometimes gets the best of her, but her eagerness to engage and her sweet nature make her a joy to work with. An absolute sweetheart and true people-dog, Arabella is the definition of a velcro dog—she wants to be right by your side, whether you’re heading out on an adventure or just enjoying time together. If you’re searching for a loyal best friend, an energetic companion, and a dog who will love you with her whole heart, Arabella is your girl.
