Story
Lila (Lee-la) is a spirited 10-week-old, 7 lb Boston Terrier mix with a big personality packed into her petite frame. Bursting with energy and enthusiasm, she’s always ready for her next adventure—whether it’s zooming around the backyard, exploring every corner, or engaging in a lively game of tug with her favorite toys. This little dynamo thrives in the company of others and gets along wonderfully with dogs, kids, and even cats! She’s playful, social, and loves to be right in the middle of the action. While she’s still working on crate and potty training, she’s a smart and eager learner who’s making great progress every day. Because of her high energy and love for playtime, Lila needs a home with a securely fenced yard and at least one other active dog to match her enthusiasm. She’s looking for a family that can keep up with her zest for life and provide the structure, love, and playtime she craves. Visit ruffredemption.org to complete an application. All Ruff Redemption Dogs are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive a minimum of two distemper/parvo vaccines, medication for the treatment and prevention of intestinal worms, and monthly heart worm/flea prevention while in our care. Rabies vaccines are given if the dog is 16 weeks of age or older.  April 3, 2025, 9:52 pm

Story
Meet Bruin, an adorable Brindle and white colored Boston Terrier! This cutie is estimated to be around 2-3yr old, and weighs 20lbs. Bruin came to BarkVille Dog Rescue after being found as a stray, nearly starved to death. He is now thriving in his foster home and is loving life! He is dog friendly and has a rough and tumble play style! He walks great on leash (no pulling!) and is crate trained, and house trained. Bruin has a typical Boston Terrier personality - he is fun loving, energetic, cuddly, and stubborn at times! Bruin would love a family who will spend time playing with him, and a fenced yard (no chain link). He will bark when crated, so no apartments. Due to his energy and play style, he would do best with older kids/teens. Bruin is currently heartworm positive, and is currently available for a foster to adopt situation until his HW treatment is complete and he is medically cleared for adoption. If you are not familiar with Heartworm disease, dogs get it from mosquitoes and it is not contagious. It is easily prevented & highly treatable, but requires extended rest during treatment. BarkVille will cover all of Bruin&#39s medical expenses while he&#39s being fostered and receiving HW treatment. For more information about Bruin, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org. If you would like to adopt this sweet boy, please submit an application for him at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live in the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from his foster home.March 19, 2025, 11:34 am

Story
Meet Arthur, a Boston Terrier/Mini Boxer mix who is around 1yr old, and weighs just 30lbs. Arthur has a fun loving personality and could definitely be described as the life of the party! He loves playing with his toys, other dogs, and going on fun adventures with his people. Arthur is super smart and is a quick learner. He is already crate trained, house trained, and has excellent leash manners! With his friendly demeanor, large expressive ears, and sweet personality, he is sure to win over everyone he meets! Arthur would love an active family, and would be happy in a house with another friendly dog or would be content as the only dog. He is great in the car, and would be a perfect addition for someone who wants to take their dog out on the town. Arthur is everything a young pup should be - playful, snuggly, cute, and curious! Arthur is Heartworm positive and is currently available for a foster to adopt situation until his HW treatment is complete and he is medically cleared for adoption.
