Story
A VERY SWEET ‘SPECIAL NEEDS’ GUY:  Approx. 13 years old / Approx. 27 lbs. Hi, my name is Tony!  I had a home, but – sadly – my owner passed away.  Fortunately, I made my way to Mostly Mutts and am spending time in a great foster home now.  I am ready to find a new home where I can love and be loved by my new family!  I needed bloodwork done before my eye removal and neuter surgery, and I've had that now thanks to a generous grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I’ve been great with the other dogs in my foster home and even share dog beds with them.  I WILL try to investigate the food bowls of others at mealtime, so monitoring is best during feeding.  I’d likely enjoy a gentle dog in my new home to casually pal around with, so if you have a nice doggie at home, let’s meet! / I pretty much ignore the cats in my foster home. But – as with my doggie friends, I will try to help clean the kitty food bowls – lol.  All cats are different, so I’m not sure how I would be with another cat. / I have been just wonderful with the kids (age 10 and 13) who visit my foster home.  Children in my new home may be nice, but best they are old enough to respect my limited sight and deafness, and – of course, let’s meet!  • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  When describing my super sweet personality, my foster says I am ‘an absolute lovebug’ to all people I’ve met while with them.  I’m pretty much their shadow throughout the day and – though I do some vocalizing when separated from my people, I’ve never been destructive in my foster home.  I would like a stay-at-home or work-from-home family member like I have in my foster home to be my happiest.  A happy guy that doesn't seem to let anything break my stride, I’ll occasionally show a pep in my step and channel my playful side, but I mostly just want to collect the love.  Since I don’t hear, I’ll need my family to make sure I’m kept safe from danger that I would otherwise hear, and my sight is a bit limited, though I do still see out of my remaining eye pretty well – over time that may or may not diminish. / My energy level is 3-5. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I am deaf, so my foster family uses hand gestures to get me to come to them. / I’ve not been crated in my foster home and have not needed a crate. / I do great on a schedule with my potty manners, and I'll sometimes go to a door when I need to go outside.  My foster is working with me on correcting some marking indoors. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I love to hang out with my people and get snuggles whenever possible.  My foster keeps a dog bed near them while they work, and I am super content to hang out there – just to be near them.  I’m also very food motivated – mealtime is a favorite of mine.  Another fun pastime is walking around the garden area sniffing everything.  I may be deaf and be missing an eye, but my nose works just fine, as I enjoy exploring all the smells with my sniffer. / Other than not liking to be away from people, I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love and attention in my senior years. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered.  I only have a few teeth left, but that’s ok - I can eat just fine.  Since I’m an older fellow, keeping me on a good over the counter joint supplement called Cosequin is always a good idea.   I am looking for a loving home with a family who will open their hearts to a sweet senior for life!  My adoption fee is $100.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.  March 8, 2026, 7:16 am

Buddy is one of the calmest and loving dogs I’ve ever known. Let me not forget he loves cuddles (who doesn’t, right?). He’s cage trained so he’s not going to be barking and bothering anyone while you’re out from home. He also loves to go for walks.

📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story: She was found wandering the streets of Paju, South Korea in 2022. She ended up at a high-kill shelter but was thankfully rescued just in time. Since then, she’s been living in a private shelter with many other dogs, charming everyone with her affectionate personality. Now, she’s ready to find a forever family of her own! • Personality: Affectionate, Friendly, Goofy Moana is truly one of a kind. She quickly won the hearts of volunteers with her gentle, loving nature. She follows people around like a little shadow, happily greeting everyone—even strangers—with tail wags and affection. Moana thrives on human interaction and loves tug-of-war, belly rubs, and being the center of attention. Her energy level is moderate, making her a great balance of playful and calm. • Affinity with - Dogs: Moana is incredibly social—not just with people, but with dogs, too. She’s often the first to welcome new arrivals at the shelter, helping them feel safe and at ease. While she would thrive as the only dog in the home, Moana also does best with calm dog companions. - Cats: Not tested with cats - Adults/Kids: Great with adults / She hasn’t been tested with cats or kids, but based on her gentle demeanor, we believe she’d do well with respectful children. • Walking Manners: Moana has also started practicing her leash skills and is doing great! She may pull a little at times, but overall, she walks well and is eager to please. • Housetrained: As she’s lived in a shelter, Moana will need some house-training in a home setting. • Bathing/Brushing: She’s tolerant of baths and grooming. • Car Sickness: She’s curious and alert during car rides, taking in the world around her. • Separation Anxiety: Zero. • Barks/Howls: Very quiet • Appetite/Food Allergies: Eats well. No food allergies found so far. • Shedding level (1~10): 5 • Likes/Dislikes: She loves affection & treats! • Health: Moana finished her heartworm treatment in Oct 2024 and is in great health. She underwent successful surgery for an inguinal hernia in Mar 2025 and has fully recovered. She has a clean bill of health and is ready for her new adventure! (Her two front bottom teeth are missing) 💙 Adoption Fee Information The adoption fee already includes all major expenses, such as: International transportation, Customs and export documentation, Medical care (spay surgery, vaccinations, health certificate, deworming, etc.) For this reason, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a breakdown or negotiation of the adoption fee. Your support directly helps us continue rescuing and caring for dogs in need, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Story
A SWEET & LOVING GIRL:  Approx. 6 years old / Approx. 40 lbs. & needs to lose weight Hi, my name is Yvette!  I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control along with another doggie friend.  I think I can speak for both us when I say we are grateful to now be part of the MM family!  I’m enjoying spreading all the love around to the volunteers at the shelter, and I am now ready to bring lots of joy to my new home!  Let’s meet and see if we are the perfect match for a life of love and fun!  You’ll notice, I’ve been fed too much in the past, so I’m on the green bean diet and would like my family to help me shed some weight.  • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I recently met other dogs at Mostly Mutts, and – though just a little shy and shut down at the time we met – I did fine.  I liked the two dogs in a temp. foster home I visited, and I was very excited to play with them.  I showed some possible toy guarding in a different temp. foster home when one of the dogs came near the gate that separated us, but I was also new to the home, so please ask the MM trainers about that.  I DID come in with another dog that I liked, so if you have a nice doggie at home, let’s meet and see if we can be pals! / A 16-year-old cat walked by me in a temp. foster home and I was not fazed.  In another, I showed interest and a bit of a prey drive when I saw them.  All cats are different, so I’m not sure how I would be with another cat. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I’m a super sweet girl who can be a bit shy initially, but my calm and loving nature begins to emerge once I know you are my friend.  I’ve done best on my walks when the volunteers take a moment to sit down with me and talk calmly to me.  It seems to build my confidence for the walk, and then I do well on my leash.  I was relaxed and calm during my bath – seeming to look at it as a big adventure.  My sweet face and cute underbite will bring a smile to your face – every time. / Energy level:  4-6.   • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘come’ and ‘drop it’ commands, and I look forward to learning more.  Let's continue my training together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts and in a temp. foster home where I would go in there with the door open to relax. / My potty habits have been very good on the shelter schedule and in my temp. foster homes, so hopefully that will be the case in my new home, too.    • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I’m all about the love once I know we are buddies.  Your calm words of encouragement will help me continue to grow my confidence, so let’s hang out together and have some nice ‘conversations’ – with some cuddles and kisses thrown in.  I enjoy playing with toys and tennis balls, so let’s have plenty of those please!  / Loud noises have startled me, otherwise, I can’t think of any dislikes, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.  I’m taking a good over-the-counter Cosequin tablet as I have a mild luxating patella in my right rear knee – grade 2.  I have moderate tartar on my teeth, so my adoptive family should consult with their vet and consider a dental cleaning in the future. I am looking for a family to give me loving, furever home for life!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.  May 18, 2026, 7:01 am
