Meet Our Boston Terrier Crew!These Boston Terriers recently joined our rescue after being saved from a breeder who no longer wanted to care for them when they didnt sell. Thankfully, our team stepped in to give them the safety and love they deserved. Now, these sweet pups are thriving in foster homes and ready to start the next chapter of their lives as cherished family members! Though their beginnings werent easy, these Bostons are blossoming every day. Theyre playful, affectionate, and soaking up all the attention they can get. They love toys, belly rubs, and hanging close to their people. As with all rescue dogs, theyll need patient adopters who can give them time to adjust and show them what it means to be truly loved. A Few Important Notes: Adoption Area: We only adopt to families living in Illinois, Wisconsin, or states that directly border either IL or WI. Renters: If you rent, please have your landlord contact us directly at mallorytsherwood@gmail.com to confirm that dogs are allowed in your home. Adoption Fee: $800, which includes microchip, current vaccines and boosters, deworming, and spay/neuter at our rescue vet. Using Your Own Vet: If you prefer to complete the spay/neuter with your own vet, well reimburse $100 once proof of procedure is provided. This must be done before 6 months of age, and adopters will sign a contract agreeing to this. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Amore is such a loving, funny, and playful puppy. She LOVES attention from her humans and asks for lots of physical touch, whether that's being held or sitting on your lap during the day or snuggling up to you in bed at night. She is great with her pug foster sister and loves playing with her, but is also able to play on her own. She loves to chase squeaky toys and chew toys to help her fall asleep. She is a fast learner and super treat-motivated. She has learned sit and is working on stay and walking on a leash. She is making great progress potty training after just one week and would benefit from someone home with her most of the day who can continue taking her out for frequent potty breaks. She'll want her family to be patient with her because she still has some accidents, but they have significantly declined since getting her. We'd love to keep her forever, but our dog has been an only-dog for the last 6.5 years and is having a difficult time adjusting to another dog living with us full time.
