Panda is a tiny little Boston terrier puppy, born 12/15/25. Her mom was purchased at a dog breeder auction where she had been consigned as part of a breed sellout, and had been listed as a 5 month old puppy. Surprise! She is an adult and a few weeks later produced Panda and her sister Tabby. Panda is a sweet, playful baby who weighed just 3 pounds 4 ounces on 2/4/26. She has a medium-sized open font which may resolve as she matures, got a good vet check otherwise, has had her first puppy shot and been wormed with Sentinel Spectrum, and given toltrazuril for coccidia. She is microchipped and will be ready to go to her new home on 2/9 when she is 8 weeks old. Because she is too young to spay, she will be placed with a spay contract. Some pets are in foster homes or may already have an appointment scheduled, so the appointment is important to make sure I will be available to meet you when you come. Polk County Humane Society is located in Bolivar, Missouri, but also makes transports to the Denver, CO, Des Moines, IA and St. Louis areas twice monthly. For potential adopters in those areas, we can do a virtual visit using FaceTime or another app. Just request an appointment using the same link, but note that you want the visit to be virtual. We will call you at the time of the visit once it is confirmed. For long distance transports to Colorado and Iowa, there is an additional $100 fee to cover the cost of the transport ($65) and a health certificate from a veterinarian ($35). For transports to St. Louis, the additional fee is $50 to help cover gas. Going that last mile home for our sweet pets! All of our pets are neutered or spayed, have vaccinations appropriate for their age, treated with flea/tick/heartworm prevention, dewormed and dogs are also microchipped. #adoptdontshop ##2352756##

This pint-sized boy previously suffered a hip injury, which has healed beautifully, and his happy, playful spirit never missed a beat. Ian is fun, boisterous, and full of contagious joy. He loves attention, enjoys romping around with his toys, and is always ready for a cuddle when playtime winds down. He does well with other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to a home with canine friends. Ian also loves his food and is happily not picky. He eats from a slow-feeder bowl to help him enjoy his meals at a healthy pace and aid digestion. Medical Transparency (the important but reassuring part): Ian has Diabetes Insipidus, which is not the same as diabetes mellitus.
