Ayla is a sweet, silly and playful approximately 6-year-old Boston Terrier / Old English Bulldog mix. This sturdy girl is about 40 lbs. She is very shy at first at first meeting and needs time to warm up to new people. Once she warms up to you, she loves to get pets and scratches. Ayla loves chew toys (you'll need the "super chewer" variety) and enjoys a good game of fetch. She is a love bug that is eager for love and affection. She loves kids, though she can be a bit jumpy when excited and older kids would be best. Ayla likes other dogs, but needs a friend that is submissive, allowing her to be the dominant one. She is house trained and crate trained, though she'd much prefer the floor or couch. She has a cherry eye that may need surgery, which the rescue will pay for. Ayla is located in Boiling Springs, SC. I like to run fast and play with my toys. Just like most French bulldogs, I can be a bit quirky. I find the vacuum to be an evil device and I sometimes even don't like my photo being taken. After I warm up, I like people. Since I sometimes play rough (not aggressive) and don’t know my strength, I could accidentally knock down little kids. Also, I like other dogs, but I have shown some dominant behavior, so I can be a little bit bossy around other dogs. I’m crate trained and sleep all night. I’m almost house trained, but confess that I have occasional accidents. I enjoy my food ALOT. I have a habit of eating really fast, so it’s wise to limit my food intake or give me a slow feeder bowl.
