Story
Meet Quincy 🐾❤️ 8 weeks old Pug/Bosten Terrier Mix Quincy essence is a lively spark of curiosity wrapped in an irresistibly squishy little package. This cheerful boy is wonderfully compatible with other dogs and spends plenty of time romping, wrestling, and tumbling around with his siblings and canine pals. Quincy approaches every day like an adventure, eager to play, explore, and make new friends wherever he goes. One of Quincy's funniest habits involves the toy box. Rather than simply picking out a toy and moving along, Quincy prefers full exploration mode. You might find him climbing inside searching for treasures, chewing happily among stuffed animals, or deciding the toy bin itself makes the perfect place for a nap. He is also a devoted fan of booty scratches, which reliably produce wiggles, happy hops, and an expression that can melt just about anyone. Like any young puppy, Quincy is still learning about the world and would benefit from positive reinforcement, patience, and plenty of learning opportunities as he grows. With his playful spirit, social personality, and endless supply of puppy charm, Quincy is ready to bring laughter, companionship, and tiny pawprints into a new loving home. His Pug and Boston Terrier roots bring plenty of personality, expressive faces, and a natural talent for turning ordinary moments into entertaining stories. Whether he is proudly carrying around a toy almost bigger than he is or curling up after a busy day of adventures, Quincy needs a caring environment full of love and fun. Interested in welcoming Quincy into your family? This is one of our Ambassadogs, which means the adoption fee is a little higher – but for a great reason. The fee helps support other dogs in our rescue who have higher medical or care needs, giving them the same chance at a happy ending.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bones – A One-of-a-Kind Pup with a Heart Full of Love Breed: French Bulldog/Boston Terrier Mix DOB: ~January 22, 2020 | Weight: 26 lbs Adoption Fee: $300 Apply at: www.adoggie4you.org Bones is a survivor—and a sweetheart. Rescued from a parking lot, emaciated and post-surgery, this little warrior was diagnosed with megaesophagus, a condition that makes eating and drinking a unique challenge. But with a custom-built Bailey chair, a strict feeding schedule (ProPlan Chicken & Rice + water only), and lots of love, Bones has defied the odds and thrived. He’s playful, incredibly affectionate, and bonds deeply with his people. Bones truly just wants to love and be loved. But Bones isn’t for everyone—he needs a very special home: Must be fed three times daily while upright in his chair (it’s how he “drinks” water too). No treats, snacks, or food on the floor—he will find and swallow them, risking his life. No small children (due to food/toy hazards). Supervision outdoors is a must—he's got a nose for trouble and a stomach that can’t handle it. Muzzle walks only to prevent accidental ingestion. While caring for Bones takes commitment, his capacity for love makes every extra effort worthwhile. He gets along great with other dogs (with all food removed) and thrives in a structured, watchful environment. If you have a calm home, a big heart, and the dedication to care for a special needs dog, Bones will repay you with unconditional love. Bones is not available for out of Texas adoption.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 1:30 pm

Story
Meet Ian – Your Slightly Wonky, Totally Wonderful Adventure Buddy If you like piña coladas and getting caught in the rain… Ian might just be your perfect match. This little Boston Terrier mix lives life full throttle—zooming through the yard like he’s racing in the Indy 500, making pit stops in imaginary swamps with Shrek, and embracing every muddy, joy-filled moment along the way (bonus points if you don’t mind getting a little dirty with him). Ian is a young, playful pup with a heart as big as his personality. He came into rescue with a shattered hip that has since healed, leaving him with an adorable “wonky” gait. When he runs, his back leg sometimes flails out to the side—but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. If anything, it just makes him even more unforgettable. Personality & Play Style: Ian is a social, toy-loving goofball who thrives on fun. He always has a toy in his mouth—seriously, always. He’ll take them outside, bring them back in, and politely “check” them at the door until you hand them back. He loves playing with other dogs, especially games of chase and keep-away. After playtime, Ian enjoys winding down with his favorite toy and appreciates a little personal space during his chill time. Because of this, he’d do best with a laid-back, respectful dog companion—especially one around his size or slightly smaller who won’t bother him when he’s relaxing. Snuggles Included: Once the zoomies are out, Ian is all about couch time. He’ll curl up beside you, toy in tow, and drift off while you watch TV. The perfect mix of playful and snuggly. Communication Style (aka his signature move): Ian has the best voice—a raspy, screechy, baby pterodactyl sound that he proudly uses to let you know when he’s ready to come out of his crate or needs a potty break. It’s hilarious, endearing, and very effective. He’ll also quietly go sit by the door, so keep an eye out—he’s a good boy who just needs you to notice his polite signals. Mealtime & Care: Ian is an enthusiastic foodie, so he uses a slow feeder bowl to keep mealtime safe and comfortable. Medical Transparency: Due to his past injury, Ian has diabetes insipidus. The good news: • No injections required • Managed with oral medication twice daily • Just needs a few extra potty breaks His condition is well-managed, and he’s living a happy, active, zoomie-filled life. The Perfect Home for Ian: • An active home that enjoys play, laughter, and a little chaos • A consistent adopter who can manage his simple medical routine • A respectful dog companion—or he’d love being your one and only • Someone who appreciates a quirky, lovable personality Ian isn’t just a dog—he’s an experience. He’ll make you laugh daily, keep life interesting, and then curl up next to you like he’s always belonged there. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
