Meet Ace! Somehow, this sweet boy has found himself back where his story started. Ace was adopted from us a few years ago as a puppy, but unfortunately, his owner was moving and could no longer keep him. So Ace returned to MHS, ready to start the next chapter of his life. When Ace arrived, he was covered in fleas and had developed a skin issue as a result. But our team immediately jumped into action! We got those pesky fleas taken care of and started Ace on a treatment plan to help his skin feel healthy and comfortable again. We think Ace may be a Boxer mix, but honestly... your guess is as good as ours! What we do know is that he's a sweet, handsome boy who is ready to put the past behind him and find the family he's been waiting for. Ace is a little over 2 years old, weighs around 40 pounds, and is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. Hi! I've been taking care of Marlow for the past 3 weeks or so, since her owner was arrested. She's had a good life so far and no trauma. She's a happy girl.Her owner was my neighbor, and so she has been left in my care. He wants me to find a home for her. I don't make enough money to have a pet of my own right now, so I cannot keep her. Marlow is such an awesome dog. She is young - under two years, I believe - I know she's had a period or two (but has never been *active*, I.e. no litters, etc.- she still needs to be fixed). She's intelligent, loyal and friendly, but not OVERLY so to strangers like some dogs are -you have to earn her affection a photo o it bit, which I like.She is polite to all humans. Needs to be trained but she is housebroken, and a quick learner. .SHE RARELY BARKS!! Only when she feels it necessary.She does NOT do well with cats.Please be in touch!!
