Born in foster care and adopted as a puppy, Oscar sadly found himself back in need of a home after his family realized they didn’t have enough time for him. Sweet Oscar absolutely loves people and is always ready for fun, whether it's going for walks or romping in the yard. He’s also incredibly well-behaved—fully potty trained and crate trained. In fact, he even puts himself to bed in his open crate at night like the good boy he is. Oscar would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of exercise and attention during the day and all the snuggles he can handle in the evening. He wants nothing more than to be part of a loving family who makes him feel included and adored. Toby was relinquished by his owners after he was picked up by Animal Control while chasing another dog in heat. Toby has been at Kensett Animal Shelter since then. Toby is currently in a foster where his foster has described him as the best cuddler. For Toby ball is life and nothing comes to mind when he has a ball in his mouth. He loves playing with kids and bounces around the fosters kids in the age range of 2-11. He is also very gentle with their toddler. He loves car rides. He loves playing football. He is crate trained and house trained. He is fine with chickens when kept indoors but will definitelty chase them when they are left outside. With cats he does like to be very playful with them and is very curious about them. He meets dogs great via fence but does not like them when left free. With these factors in mind we think its best he lives in a no pets home. With his boxer energy he will need an active home where he can truly be himself. Toby is heartworm+ve but he is undergoing treatment for the same now.His adoption fee would cover his neuter surgery, vaccinations and microchip and heartworm treatment.

Peggy Sue was intentionally abandoned on a country road. She had clearly just had puppies. Her teets were still full of milk. She was left to starve. She had no hair because of prolonged mange. Somehow, she was still completely sweet and loving. She had to have felt miserable and alone but she still approached with kindness and accepted handling by a stranger. She does great with other dogs, cats, and kids. She walks well on a leash. She has had entropian eye surgery on her right eye and has been spayed. She is regrowing her hair back and hasn't even met her full potential yet! Whoever adopts this girl will really have a great dog in their life.
