We are looking for a special adopter for our special girl, Nola. 💜 Nola is a senior female Boxer with a heart full of love and a spark that still shines bright. She’s the perfect mix of sweet and laid-back — a champion napper who still enjoys meeting new dog friends and playing when the mood strikes. She’s lively for her age and would be the perfect patio companion, soaking up the sun and sharing relaxed afternoons with her people.Recently, we found out that Nola has a non-operable bladder tumor. Sadly, her prognosis is poor, and she may only have 2–4 months left. While she may experience off-and-on bladder infections, right now Nola is happy, comfortable, and in great spirits. She is not in pain and continues to enjoy every day with tail wags and smiles.Nola’s adoption fee is waived for a kind soul willing to open their heart and home for her final chapter. She simply needs inexpensive, palliative care, a million pets, and all the treats she can handle. I'm a 7 year old boxer-hound mix I have FREE doggy daycare. I really miss my human he had an opportunity in Montana February 2024 & his Nana's been taking care of me in NW Arkansas. My energy level is too high for her. I love to go for walks I'd rather run. I may need to get my pads broken into for long runs. I try to find a quiet dim corner during a thunderstorm. I like to come out & check if my human is okay. If you have time to sit with me that would be GREAT. I'm very protective of Nana she tells people I'm a very smart dog. The reason I can't move to Montana is my love of the big backyard & the doggie door. Making my life very comfortable. Meet Roxy 7076 It was Roxy’s first bark park adventure, and she wasn’t accustomed to the wide-open space, the plethora of sniffs and a field dotted with slippery patches of melting icy snow. She shyly explored the park and was somewhat unsure of the photographer’s camera which stared at her every move. 1 ½ year-old Roxy is a sweet, quiet canine who hasn’t had much chance to be cherished by a kind, caring human. Roxy walks nicely on leash and takes treats respectfully and is hoping for a chance to join a loving family. If they already have a dog, Roxy gets along nicely with many of the dogs at the shelter.

This is our sweet little foster Kyra! She is the sweetest, most lovable teddy bear you'll ever meet! She's incredibly smart and just wants to please everyone she meets. She is house trained and knows lots of commands. She has a great temperment, but is picky with other dogs. She gets along great with our pity mix mazy, who has a very submissive personality. She doesn't get along as well with our shep/husky mix who has a more dominant/assertive personality. Kyra doesn't have any aggression or bite history. She has a very calm personality and mostly just wants to chill with her person or be near them. She's kennel trained and incredibly well behaved. You just have to meet this good girl!
