Story
I’d like to reintroduce Wren, formerly known as Spruce, and Benny, formerly known as Crosby. They were given new names to mark a new beginning. Benny, a name rooted in “blessing”, was chosen because his survival alone feels like one—and because in his gentle eyes and soft presence, he is a blessing to everyone who meets him. Wren was named after the small bird known for its resilience and its song. Wrens are delicate yet brave, surviving storms far bigger than themselves, and Wren carries that same quiet strength—soft, pure, and full of a hope that refuses to be silenced. Together, Benny and Wren are proof that love can grow even in the aftermath of cruelty. They are tender-hearted souls who find safety in each other, who against all odds offer trust sincerely, and who show us that healing doesn’t always roar—sometimes it whispers, sometimes it leans on a brother, and sometimes it learns to sing again. Benny and Wrenny will be looking for a very special forever home who will adopt them together. Another visit to the shelter, and Meryl’s effortlessly regal vibe and calm disposition amidst the surrounding noise were simply too hard to ignore. Meryl is estimated 6-7 years old and is around 60lbs. She has been dog friendly, but gravitates towards people more than dogs, pushing her way as politely as she can towards all your attention. She also loves a big cozy bed to sprawl out on. Meryl was found as a stray and needed surgery on her ear. She is healing now and now has a unique ear that adds to how cutie she is! Story
Ronin is a very energetic boy and loves to play! He is crate trained and does well in it. He loves to play fetch but is still learning how to give you the ball lol. He enjoys walking outside and has fun at doggy parks. He is microchipped and fully vaccinated! He is about 8 months old and has been socialized with other dogs (including adult dogs) since he was 3 months old, he loves to play with other doggies! He gets along well with our 9 month old cat too. He does have a chicken allergy and is on a gentle diet. He will come with everything you need including a crate, harness, leash, collar, supplements, and plenty of toys. We cannot keep him anymore after losing an income. We love him and know there is a better life for him out there, our last resort is surrendering him to a shelter.
