FOSTER OR ADOPTION NEEDED FOR TARYN Update: This boy is such a love bug!!! We are urgently searching for a compassionate foster or adopter willing to open their heart and home to Taryn fka Zeus. He deserves comfort, dignity, and love after unimaginable neglect. Troy and Taryn were found living in substandard conditions, suffering from severe malnutrition and starvation. Their bodies told the tale of prolonged neglect. One of them, Troy, had a stomach full of socks—so many that he was passing them for over a week, a heartbreaking sign of extreme hunger and desperation. Both dogs are Boxer, Terrier type mixes, and /or pitbull mixes estimated to be 8 years old. Despite everything they’ve endured, they are friendly, loving, and deeply human-oriented. However, due to their history and age, they have understandable resource guarding and proper introductions are a must About Taryn – Black and white, approximately 8 years old give or take a year or two. This age is based on information provided by former owner, but it is believed he is actually several years younger. Possibly 4 or 5 years old. He is highly affectionate - Ideal for a quiet, stable home willing to provide comfort and care He has done well in group play and walks well during pack walks. PADAMAY NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER ASAP 💔 *Currently in Boarding- Boise* Padamay has been adopted and returned twice — through no fault of her own — and was even rehomed by her last adopter. We recently welcomed her back after she was injured in a fight with another dog. This girl deserves stability, safety, and someone who won’t give up on her. Paddy is a stunning 4-year-old Boxer blend, about 75 pounds of loyal, snuggly love. She’s not a tiny lap dog, but don’t tell her that — she lives for cuddles and being close to her person. Human companionship is her happy place. She has lived with other dogs in the past, but because she can be noise sensitive and may redirect when startled, we are recommending she be the only dog in the home. No cats. House-trained. She truly thrives when she doesn’t have to compete for space or worry about chaos around her. Paddy is crate trained and uses her kennel as a safe haven when she feels overwhelmed. She’ll need a patient home willing to give her about three weeks to properly decompress and adjust. Loud environments and heavy traffic can be overstimulating, so for walks, quieter neighborhoods and walking paths are best. With consistency and gentle conditioning, her confidence around noises will continue to improve. A securely fenced yard is required so she can safely play and stretch those long legs. If you’ve been looking for a loyal, devoted companion and are willing to give this sweet girl the stability she’s been missing, please reach out. He’ll flash you the biggest smiles, then curl up next to you, gently placing his paw on your hand for affection. He loves chew toys, treats, and car rides (though he sometimes needs a little encouragement to hop in). He’s smart, playful, and full of personality—whether he’s chasing his brother around the yard, going for walks, or snuggling after playtime.
