Story
Meet Hannibal, a gentle 40-pound soul who is looking for a quiet place to finally let his guard down. Hannibal is the ultimate "work-from-home" companion; he is incredibly low-energy indoors and loves nothing more than curling up at your feet while you work. While he can be a bit shy at first, once he feels safe, you’ll be rewarded with his adorable tail wags and a deeply loyal presence. He is a "dog’s dog" who truly shines when he has a larger canine sibling to look up to—having a buddy seems to give him the confidence he needs to relax and feel at home. Because Hannibal has a sensitive heart and a bit of a curious streak, he’s looking for a specific kind of environment where he can thrive. He’d be happiest in a home without small pets, as he prefers the company of friends his own size. While he enjoys his outdoor time, he’s a bit of an explorer, so a secure 6-foot fence and a family that enjoys supervised yard play would be perfect for him. Hannibal is still learning that the world is a kind place, so he’s looking for a patient adopter who understands that he might need a little extra time and a slow introduction to settle in. If you have a stable home and a friendly dog looking for a calm brother, Hannibal is ready to be your new best friend.

Story
Meet Gourdgeous, the world’s most lovable "potato lady" who is ready to squash her way into your heart! This sweet, low-slung girl is the ultimate companion for anyone seeking a professional-level snuggler. Gourdgeous truly lives for human affection and will happily soak up every pet and belly rub you’re willing to give. She is a total star in the home; not only is she fully potty trained, but she has also shown impeccable manners when left alone, proving herself to be a calm, trustworthy houseguest who respects her surroundings. On her adventures, Gourdgeous is a focused and curious walker who keeps a keen eye on the local wildlife. She has a spirited interest in squirrels, so she’ll definitely keep you active and engaged during your outdoor time! While she is generally peaceful on the leash, she loves to "people-watch" (and dog-watch) with great interest. She is believed to be dog-friendly and, while she can be a little shy when meeting new gentlemen, she is easily won over with a tasty treat and a gentle introduction. If you’re looking for a devoted, "gourdgeous" best friend to brighten your sofa and your life, she is the perfect pick.

Story
I’m helping find a loving, forever home for a 2-year-old male Pitbull Terrier (not neutered). 💙 He was acquired by family members as a puppy. He truly is the sweetest boy. He has been loved, but with busy schedules, his family just isn’t able to give him the time and attention he deserves. He needs someone who can pour into him, obedience training, and let him be part of the family. He listens and wants to do pleasing things. He is crate trained, wonderful with kids and cats, and loves playing with other dogs at the dog park. I’ve never seen him show any aggression — he’s gentle, affectionate, and will happily cover you in kisses. 🐾 This profile picture was taken in January 2025, when he was at his peak weight. He does have food allergies, and sensitive tummy. Please reach out if you feel like you could give this sweet boy the time, love, and forever home he deserves. ❤️ He is in need immediately.
