Story
Momo!      DOB: 2/2018       Weight: 70 lbs   MoMo is a very handsome Boxer mix! He is great with people and kids. Always super excited to see you and turns into a crazy wiggle butt. However, Momo prefers to be the only child. Doesn’t care much for cats or other dogs. Walks around them fine, but will pick a fight if they get too close. He loves to ride in the car and has a medium energy level. Likes to get out for walks and sniff around. Knows how to sit and will take handouts nicely. No resource guarding issues. He’s very sweet. Could use a good food schedule and some more exercise. Momo has lived in a house for the past two years and is used to the house life. He is house trained of course. Quiet in his kennel run.  His adoption fee is $175. That covers worming, vaccines, spay/neuter, heart worm test, and microchip. We offer a two week trial in which you can borrow items. If interested in adopting him please fill out an application on our website. pcpoundpuppies.com. Came to the shelter in 2/2020 and was adopted for awhile. Story
Opie!     DOB: 5/2018    Weight: 60lbs   This squishy faced boy is another event and volunteer favorite. He especially loves visiting the school and soaking up love from all the kids. He’s a middle aged guy, but acts like a young pup still. Wiggly and playful. He’s house trained. Wonderful with cats and kids, but very picky with other dogs. Opie is the truly the sweetest, full of love. Oh, and he’s a sucker for all types of treats!  His adoption fee is $175. That helps us to cover worming, vaccines, spay/neuter, heart worm test, and microchip. We offer a two week trial in which you can borrow items. Story
Shortcake!     DOB: 8/2020    Weight: 80lbs   Mr Shortcake is still here . He’s been in foster for awhile though now and has been going to training classes to work on his manners. He knows how to sit, lay down, and roll over. He’s also gotten better at keeping his cool when meeting new people. He’s house and crate trained. Fantastic with other dogs and loves people. His foster believes he should live with older kids if any though, as he’s probably too much energy for littles when he gets excited. She also says that shortcake has some anxiety, but not bad enough to need meds. He just needs a person or family who can get him into a good routine, get him regular exercise, and work to keep the manners that he’s learned. Currently used to a big fenced backyard where he can run, look for little critters, and roughhouse with his foster siblings. Shortcake really enjoys a nice walk or riding around in the car. We have several pictures of him chowing down on pup cups from his many trips to Dunkin’. He’s been to boarding and doggie daycare and does well. He’s food motivated so continuing to teach him things should be easier with treats.  His adoption is sponsored!! This means that when you adopt him, he’ll come with $175 worth of flea/tick/heartworm preventative and food after you pay his fee of $175.00! His adoption fee is $175. That covers worming, vaccines, spay/neuter, heart worm test, and microchip. We offer a two week trial in which you can borrow items. If interested in adopting him please fill out an application for him on our website. https://pcpoundpuppies.webs.com/meet-our-dogs Came to the shelter early 2021***YOU MUST FILL OUT AN APPLICATION BEFORE WE DO ANY MEET AND GREETS.
