Hi my name is Firu. I am 4 years old and the staff here thinks I am an American Bulldog/Boxer mix. I came to Almost Home when my owner was moving and could not take me with. I did live with another dog in my previous home and have been good with other dogs here at the shelter. I have not been around cats or kids. I am VERY treat motivated and I am a very quick learner. I am neutered, current on vaccines, negative for heartworm, and microchipped.

Meet Tara! She is around 2 years old and is a Bully mix with the cutest ears. She came to us from the pound after she was dumped in the country with 2 other dogs. She can be a little shy at first when you first meet her, but it doesn’t take her long to warm up. She is easily bribed with some treats. She has been good with other dogs, but we are not sure at this time how she is with cats and kids. She is current on vaccines, negative for heartworm, and microchipped

Meet Donovan! This handsome boy is around 6 years old and is a Bully mix. He may look familiar as he was with us a few years back. Unfortunately he was returned to us because he needs a home with no young kids. He has never ever been mean to kids, but when he plays ball he gets really into it and can be a bit grabby and jumpy trying to get it back. This boy could literally play ball all day if you let him. He can be pretty active playing outside, but he is also very chill and likes to lounge around inside. He does prefer to be an only dog and definitely no cats for him. He knows several commands and does very well while going on walks with our volunteers. He is neutered, current on vaccines, negative for heartworm, and microchipped.
