Story
My name is Walt! I’m very outgoing and love people. I need some help with my manners as I’m very bouncy but I can learn quickly! I’ve been through a lot in my life so I need the right introductions to other dogs. Also I like dogs that are more relaxed, too much energy scares me! I also snort a lot!

Story
Looking for a dog who will give you endless laughs?Introducing Maggie May! From her bubbly personality to her sweet looks, she`s always down to do something! Whether it`s destroying squeaky toys or using her tail as a whip against your legs; she`ll always great you with a happy smile and wobbly walk! You see, Maggie has a prior spinal injury that has caused her to walk a little... sideways. We like to call it her `Wabi-Sabi walk` a little off center, but full of grit! She`s currently on carprofen to help keep her comfortable.Maggie May doesn`t believe in strangers. She believes in best friends you just haven`t met yet- if you`re looking for a guard dog, keep moving. She`d help the robbers... She`d also prefer to be the only animal in the home. Young children have been very overwhelming for her, so to set her up for success, she`s looking for teenagers over the age of 15!Interested in meeting a ray of literal sunshine? Story
Riddle is an energetic girl who is highly affectionate and needs a steady routine. She is almost four years old and loves snuggling. My husband and I bought her, as a puppy, from close friends that breed boxers. She has been living harmoniously with another dog and two cats until recently. She has been displaying aggression with the other dog in the house when food or treats are around. She is very loving, goofy, and sweet otherwise. We would love to find her a forever home with a family that is patient, active, and attentive to her needs.

Story
Gunnar is not good with any other animals and can be quite aggressive towards them. He also has some issues with men as well and we have come to the hard decision that it would be best to get him re homed. He was found living on the streets about 5 years ago. He is a very high energy big dog. Although he can be crazy, he is the sweetest, cuddliest boy once he gets comfortable with his people.

Story
Meet Chief — your new best friend and walking buddy!  Chief is a 6 year old boxer/pittie mix with a striking white coat and adorable brown spots, a squishy bully face, and a loving personality that makes him impossible not to adore. ✨ What makes Chief special? He has a strong leash training foundation and is a genuinely enjoyable walking companion. He doesn’t drag you down the street. Walks with Chief are steady and something to look forward to. If you want a dog you can actually enjoy walking, Chief delivers. Chief is the perfect mix of chill and engaged. He’s not high-energy, but he lives for his daily walks, neighborhood outings, and tagging along with his person. He currently goes to work with his foster mom, enjoys morning coffee runs (puppuccino included!), and settles in easily wherever he goes. Car rides? Loves them - he hops right in and lounges like a king. At home? Crate trained, potty trained, and sleeps soundly through the night. Training? Knows commands like “sit,” “crate,” and "let's go" and is eager to keep learning. He’s very food and praise motivated. Fun? Treat puzzles, fetch and a stuffed Kong are his absolute favorites. Chief has a solid leash foundation and truly enjoys getting out and exploring. Like many dogs, he’s still building confidence around some busier or fast moving surroundings, but he’s made great progress and continues to improve with consistency and guidance. He gets along well with calm, low - to medium energy dogs and is a respectful, easygoing housemate. He’s not much of a rough player, but he coexists nicely with other mellow pups, including smaller or senior dogs. Because of his size (around 50 lbs) and occasional goofy moments, Chief would do best in a home with adults or older kids (teens+). Why Chief? He’s one of those “hidden gem” dogs - easy to live with, devoted to his people, and happiest just being by your side. Whether you’re running errands, heading out for a walk, or relaxing at home, Chief is all in. Chief is currently being fostered in North Carolina and can be transported along the East Coast to his forever home. Story
Elle is an 8 year old mix breed with boba eyes and a heart full of syrupy sweet love! Like your favorite cup of bubble tea, she’s comforting, a little squishy, and full of joy in every snuggle. Her big, round eyes? Think soft tapioca pearls—soulful, sweet, and totally irresistible. This gentle girl lives for life’s simple pleasures: sunny naps, slow strolls, and quality time with her people. She’s calm, easygoing, and full of quiet affection. Elle is currently being fostered in North Carolina, but she can be transported straight into your arms and heart!  Elle is great with other dogs but would also thrive as your one and only cuddle buddy. She absolutely lives for attention: pets, gentle hugs, kisses—you name it. And she’ll return all that love with loyal companionship and sweet, loving gazes that melt your heart.  Elle’s got the sweetness, the squish, and the sparkle, you just bring the home.
