I’m going to be ready to move on to my forever home soon, and I’m ready to start my search. So, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a nice, middle-aged guy. They tell me I’m 5, maybe 6. Age is but a number, and I really don’t understand those. I don’t understand toys much either, but I sure love a good game of tag in the backyard. I’m happy, playful and silly. And I love people – all people big and small. I don’t mind a crate at all, and will walk right in, especially when it’s meal time. What you will notice is that I love my person fiercely. Seriously, if I could figure out how to climb into your skin with you, I would. I am not a big fan of being ignored over things like cell phones. I’ll do my best to get your attention back if you get sidetracked and forget about me. I am fine if you need to leave the house for a few hours, I’ll be anxiously awaiting your return. OR, if you can take me with you, all the better. I love car rides and am a perfect gentleman. As far as other canines, well, what can I say. I am not big on competition, especially from other male dogs. I do want to be the king in my castle. Possibly I could live with a laid back female, but we’d need careful introductions and possibly the assistance of a trainer. My foster thinks I just haven’t been socialized enough. My original owner said I lived with 3 other dogs, but I was surrendered to a shelter, so we don’t have any further details there. I have no idea what a cat is… I guess the takeaway here is I’d be crazy, happy to be an only pet, but any other living situation may need some work. My foster wishes he could keep me because I’m so awesome, but he has 2 males, so it’s not going to work out. ##2556782##

She doesn't might gifts that are for her birthday AND for Christmas - her wish is a home where she will never be left behind. Stormy will need training, of course, but if you love to laugh, she is the girl for you. Stormy is around 46 lbs, is spayed, UTD on prevention and is microchipped. At Christmas time, holiday tinsel is one of the best ways to spruce up your home with some cheer and festivity; but wouldn't it be great to have some of that same tinsel cheer for the whole year? I'm pretty sure that's where I got the name, because that's exactly what I do! I think it's pretty safe to say we all love the gifting aspect of the holiday season, and I am no exception. As you can see from the video, I love toys! Personally, my favorite aspect of every day, is quality time spent together. I am full of that "in front of the fireplace" warmth that is the highlight of the season...or really any season. Snuggling in the laps of all my friends, giving kisses, joy, and laughs every day of the year would be a dream come true! While I can appreciate some kitty-time snuggles, I am much more apt to be in my person's lap cuddling, but I am happy to share a home with a feline friend. I would be happiest in a home with older children that can handle my occasional puppy-like playstyle (that...and I can be a little vocal and pushy about my need for attention sometimes). I would love to have a doggy playmate, but I do need proper introductions with dogs, as I am dog selective. Being dog selective means that I have made several canine friends, but much like humans, I don't care to be friends with every dog I meet. Any potential fur siblings will get the chance to meet me for a play date before I go home, to make sure we get along as well as ribbons and bows! Much like Anakin Skywalker, the force is strong with me. For real....I am a beefcake! Don't worry, I have not gone to the dark side, a lot of my beefcakiness is put to use holding my bed down. But anyone who is foolish enough to underestimate my strength and challenge me to a tug game will get a taste of the true chosen one! I am a fun-loving good boy; but it is fair to say there is a bit of puppy escapade inside me at times. Practicing the righteous ways of the Jedi has been an amazing pastime for me to keep me on the light side. I love going for walks through the galaxy (really, it's been the scenic grounds at MAS, but a guy can dream right?). With continued Padawan training from an Obi-Wan Kenobi of my own, we can harness the force to positive outlets for me! Which honestly, I am so treat and reward motivated that with consistency, I am sure I could be a Jedi in no time!
