At Christmas time, holiday tinsel is one of the best ways to spruce up your home with some cheer and festivity; but wouldn't it be great to have some of that same tinsel cheer for the whole year? I'm pretty sure that's where I got the name, because that's exactly what I do! I think it's pretty safe to say we all love the gifting aspect of the holiday season, and I am no exception. As you can see from the video, I love toys! Personally, my favorite aspect of every day, is quality time spent together. I am full of that "in front of the fireplace" warmth that is the highlight of the season...or really any season. Snuggling in the laps of all my friends, giving kisses, joy, and laughs every day of the year would be a dream come true! While I can appreciate some kitty-time snuggles, I am much more apt to be in my person's lap cuddling, but I am happy to share a home with a feline friend. I would be happiest in a home with older children that can handle my occasional puppy-like playstyle (that...and I can be a little vocal and pushy about my need for attention sometimes). I would love to have a doggy playmate, but I do need proper introductions with dogs, as I am dog selective. Being dog selective means that I have made several canine friends, but much like humans, I don't care to be friends with every dog I meet. Any potential fur siblings will get the chance to meet me for a play date before I go home, to make sure we get along as well as ribbons and bows! My daughter brought this bundle of love home from a homeless woman on the bus. Do to health problems we needed to move, he needs a fenced in yard and we no longer have one. He is high energy and thinks he's a lap dog, loves naps and runs and too many knees have been replaced in our house to run with him. He is highly food motivated so someone with love and patience could turn him into a great companion. But our schedules won't permit the time he needs. A loving home with older kids would be great for him.

O sweet Cade came as a stray. He has a bit of a skin issue at this time, but it is healing. It was caused from fleas. He is super sweet and just wants to be the center of your world. Those eyes just speak volumes when he looks at you. We are unsure how he is with other dogs, cats or children since he did come as a stray. So, if you have a resident dog there will be a mandatory meet and greet and if you have small children, it is recommended that they come along so we can assess if he will be tolerable. He is just a lovebug with all of the staff and all new people he meets.
