He has been a sweet boy while here at the shelter and is now waiting for a loving home. Scrappy has a condition known as cherry eye, which occurs when the tear gland becomes inflamed. Adopter will need to follow up with a veterinarian for any additional care. This condition may require surgery in the future. The shelter provides a 5-day health guarantee for adopted animals. This includes health conditions not present or known about by the shelter at the of adoption, which adopter becomes aware of within 5 days. Injuries or accidents that occur at the adopter's home are not covered. The shelter is not responsible for incurred costs from local veterinarians due to non-compliance. ALL adoptions are final! Hank is a 4 year old pit mix with German Wirehair Pointer. We got him when he was 4 weeks old and he aims to please. He unfortunately has skin allergies that we can no longer afford to take care of with a growing family. He is great with our toddler and cats and has been around other dogs and is good with them.

We met Roxy after she was left on a porch, in a box with three siblings. Her three siblings have been adopted and now she deserves a home too, and is patiently waiting for her turn! Roxy is our little social butterfly! She loves people, kids, and other pups, and is always up for an adventure. She's young but potty and crate trained. She is smart and responds well to commands. Balls and rolling toys are her favorite!! A home with another dog is preferred. **We are unable to respond to inquiries on Adopt-A-Pet.
