Story
Meet Raya, born December 2022, a girl who lives life with her whole heart. She wakes up ready for adventure, whether that means loading up for a car ride, heading out for a long walk, or proudly carrying her favorite toys around like prized possessions. She has a playful spirit, a busy mind, and enough enthusiasm to turn even an ordinary Tuesday into an event.   This girl is incredibly food motivated and loves making her people happy, which makes training both rewarding and fun. Raya thrives when she has structure, activity, and someone willing to invest time into helping her continue growing into the amazing dog she is already becoming. She is smart, eager, and happiest when she has something to do and someone to do it with.   Raya can be selective with other dogs, so proper introductions with resident pets will be important. But with her people, her sweet personality shines brightly. Beneath all that energy is a loving, loyal companion who simply wants to be included in life’s everyday moments.   If you are looking for a dog who will keep you laughing, keep you moving, and love you with her entire heart, Raya may just be your girl.   The suggested adoption fee for Raya is $365. Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ is a non-profit corporation that is 100% volunteer operated. Adoption fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR are adopted with DHPP, Rabies, Lepto and Bordetella. All dogs will also be adopted out as already spayed or neutered if old enough, or a voucher will be provided once the dog becomes of age. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. BNBR does not adopt on a first serve basis. All available dogs are adopted based on their needs to provide the best fit home. ##1636285##

Story
Meet Billie! Straight out of the Western Litter and already stealing hearts, Billie is a little Boxer mix cowgirl with a whole lot of personality packed into one adorable package. Born June 12, 2026, Billie came into rescue alongside her brother Wrangler and sister Dixie, and while she may be new around these parts, she’s wasting absolutely no time showing us what she’s all about. So far, we know Billie is silly, cuddly, playful, and always ready for a good time. Tug-of-war? She’s in. Treats? You officially have her attention. Snuggling after all that puppy business? Absolutely. She’s the kind of little girl who can go from playful troublemaker to cuddle bug in record time—and those big puppy eyes certainly don’t hurt her case. Billie is still brand new to rescue, so we’re just beginning to learn all the little things that make this tiny member of the Western Litter so special. As she settles into her foster home and her personality continues to unfold, we’ll keep updating her story. For now, one thing is pretty clear… This little cowgirl is ready to wrangle herself a family. The suggested adoption fee for Billie is $465. Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ Inc. is a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation that is 100% volunteer operated. Adoption donation fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR will have been administered their age appropriate vaccines which may include DHPP, Rabies, Lepto and Bordetella. All dogs will also be adopted out as already altered if of age, for those not of age, a voucher will be provided. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. BNBR does not adopt on a first serve basis. All available dogs are adopted based on their needs to provide the best fit home. ##2823704##

Story
Dixie came riding into rescue as part of our Western Litter, and this little cowgirl is already proving that she’s ready for an adventure. Born June 12, 2026, Dixie is a Boxer mix who arrived alongside her siblings, Billie and Wrangler. She may be one of the little ones, but don’t tell her that—Dixie has discovered the bigger dogs in her foster home and thinks they make pretty great playmates. Playful, curious, and incredibly sweet, Dixie approaches life with that wonderful puppy attitude of, “What’s over there, and can I go see it?” She loves to explore, investigate whatever catches her attention, and jump right into the fun. There’s a brave little adventurer tucked inside that adorable puppy face, with plenty of sweetness to balance out her curious side. When she isn’t busy seeing what everyone else is doing, Dixie is showing her foster family just how lovable she can be. She’s a happy little mix of curiosity, playfulness, and affection—and we have a feeling there’s a whole lot more personality waiting to come out. Since Dixie is brand new to rescue, we’re still learning all about her as she settles into foster life. We’ll continue updating her bio as we discover more of her likes, habits, and little quirks. For now, this little cowgirl seems pretty convinced there’s a big world out there waiting to be explored—and she’d very much like to be invited along for the ride.   The suggested adoption fee for Dixie is $465. Story
Every Western needs a charming little cowboy, and Wrangler came riding into rescue with his own signature smile, ready to fill that role. That adorable little cleft gives him a look that is completely his own—and somehow manages to make an already sweet puppy even more irresistible. Born June 12, 2026, Wrangler is a Boxer mix who came into rescue as part of our Western Litter alongside his sisters, Billie and Dixie. Wrangler is one of those sweet little puppies who seems to find something interesting just about everywhere he looks. He’s curious about his new world, always ready for a little playtime, and has a soft, lovable side that makes it very easy to get attached to him. Right now, his days are filled with all the very important business of being a puppy—checking things out, finding something to play with, soaking up attention, and eventually realizing that being this cute is exhausting and a nap is definitely in order. And somehow, that little signature smile seems to show up for all of it. Wrangler is still brand new to rescue, so we know there’s plenty more of his personality waiting to come out as he gets comfortable in his foster home. We’ll continue to update his bio as we learn more about the little things that make him Wrangler. For now, we know he’s sweet, playful, curious, and carrying around an awful lot of charm in one little puppy body. Something tells us this little cowboy won’t have to work very hard to wrangle his way into someone’s heart.   The suggested adoption fee for Wrangler is $465. Story
Tater is approximately an 10 month-old Boxer/Shepherd mix weighing in at about 35 pounds of pure puppy charm. He is a little guy that is capable of BIG love and is a loyal little shadow that wants to folow his people wherever they go!   This sweet boy is a bit shy to start but eager to learn and is soaking up everything his foster family is teaching him.  Tater loves being outside whether he's running around the yard, playing with his foster brothers, playing in water, or simply stretching out in the grass to enjoy the sunshine. Tater was in a kennel in a high kill shelter for months after being confiscated for neglect, so it's no wonder he is thrilled to be in the fresh air, lounging on a soft bed and that he simply adores the affection of his foster family!   At the end of the day, Tater's favorite place is right next to you—especially if that means snuggling up in bed for a good night's sleep. He'd love a family that spends time outside in a fenced in yard or takes him to the lake for a dip in the water! Tater is also crate trained and potty trained.   Please apply if this playful cuddlebug sounds like a fit for your family at www.HavenAnimalRescueNebraska.org Neutered, fully vetted, microchipped, and ready for adoption!   ADOPTION DONATION FEE: $400    *ALL DOGS MUST BE INSIDE COMPANION ANIMALS! Story
Meet our Star, a 5 year old brindle beauty that came into rescue through no fault of her own due to needed medical. She weighs around 65 pounds and our best guess is she is a mix of Boxer and Terrier. Star has been around people of all ages and lived with children and absolutely LOVES everyone!  This princess was an owned dog, but after a divorce the family was unable to care for her medical needs so she came to us with big needs which we have been tackling for the last few months.  This poor girl was emaciated, her skin was a mass of infection with bloody sores, patches of hair loss, extreme swelling to skin and nails curled under to point she could hardly walk. She scratched non-stop and was heartbreakingly miserable! We immediately got her into the vet where she required multiple medicines and medicated baths to get rid of her massive skin infections and we put her on a special food. As she slowly recovered from this neglect, her bright, joyful personality began to emerge....she loves people, affection, squeaky toys, food, treats and most of all, BALLS!  As Star's skin has slowly healed, life has become amazing for her! To continue the healing we next changed her food from chicken to fish, including all treats, plus we did an allergy shot. When dealing with allergies, it's hard to tell whether it's food or environmental so we made changes to both and are happy to report her fur is finally healthy and has filled in, she has gained weight and is such a happy girl now! Any adopters need to be aware she may need ongoing allergy shots and no chicken products in her food! Star is not only gorgeous but so very smart and knows several commands. She is also potty and crate trained which is always a bonus. In her previous life, she lived alone for at least 4 years with no dog socialization, so she is having to learn how to share toys, food, etc with other dogs. It may end up that she will do best as the only Queen in her Forever Home. But no worries with this big of a love you won't need another dog! Star will keep you busy playing endless fetch, getting and giving kisses and affection, going on her beloved car rides and being your main squeeze with snuggles! To apply for Star, please apply at www.HavenAnimalRescueNebraska.org  ADOPTION DONATION: $300  *Please note her final photo is at the beginning of her journey with us!
