Story
Gryph is a 1.5 years. At first he may seem shy but don't let that fool you! He is a big goofy guy who would love to have a family of his own. Gryph loves being part of the action. He loves to play and do zoomies. He is very smart and catches on quickly. He loves performing tricks and putting his own spin on each one, making them his own. So fully of personality! Gryph would do best in a home with older children and no cats. We have adoption clinic on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11a-2pm at 6300 San Mateo (along the grass next to Academy Rd) in the southern end of the Spouts Market parking lot volunteer staffing/weather permitting. We can also make arrangements for a Private Meet-and-Greet with the foster parent and your household with approved applications. You can complete and easy online application here: https://form.jotform.com/222028369049155 The $250 adoption fee covers S/N, microchip, vaccines and heartworm/tic borne illness testing. Story
My name is Carmen. I am very shy when it comes to meeting new people. I like to approach people at my own pace but once I trust you I will want to be around you all the time! I loooove water and enjoy standing around in the kiddie pools to cool off in the summer. I am a little selective about the dogs I enjoy being around and tend to prefer the company of submissive females. I would do best in a home without kids and a tall fence since I have some incredible "hops".

Story
Nicholas is a long-term shelter resident, and absolute staff favorite. He's stunningly beautiful, very charming and affectionate, and he walks well on a leash. He LOVES the water: whether he's playing in a kiddie pool or the Rio Grande, he enjoys splashing around. He requires a tall fence and very secure yard. Nicholas can have moments high dog reactivity and will need a responsible, adult pet parent committed to ensuring proper separation between him and unknown dogs at all times.

Story
Remington is a playful and boisterous puppy-at-heart. He would love to find an active home with large dog experience. He's been yearning for a home for a very long time. He is great with people, but his enthusiasm and energy might make him a best fit for children 12 years or older. He is dog selective; the best match would be a medium to large, mellow dog that doesn't overwhelm him. He is very sweet and loves life.
