Story
My two-toned face will surely be a topic of conversation on our daily walks! I may be a bigger gal, but I'm really good on a leash! 🐶I have done well with dogs in previous homes. 😻I have done well with cats in previous homes. ❤️I am shy at first, but warm right up to new friends with time. 🚶‍♀️I have done well walking on leash. I'd love to be a part of your family! If you have any other pups at home, bring them in for a visit to see how we do.

Story
Carrot is a loving, well-mannered boy with a big heart and an adorable “let’s go!” attitude. Whether you’re relaxing on the couch, heading out for a walk, or exploring the great outdoors, Carrot is happiest when he’s right there by your side. This handsome guy is a wonderful adventure companion. He has gone hiking with his people and even knows how to accompany horseback riders! He is a perfect gentleman on the trail, staying close to the horses and taking everything in stride. Carrot is also a fantastic car rider, so whether the destination is around the corner or miles down the road, he’s ready to be your copilot. Back at home, Carrot is just as happy to put his paws up and be your couch buddy. He is learning to play fetch and is catching on beautifully. He already knows sit and stay, is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and is wonderfully attentive to his people. He listens well, wants to please, and is eager to learn. Carrot recently spent four days with two other dogs and did beautifully. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who can join you on mountain adventures and happily snuggle in for a quiet evening at home, Carrot might just be your guy. He’s got the manners, the heart, and the adventurous spirit—and he’s ready to find his forever person.

Story
Meet Panther — Big Name, Bigger Heart! With a name like Panther, you`d expect a sleek jungle predator. Instead, you get a lovable Boxer mix whose greatest hunting skill is tracking down pets and attention. Panther may look a little stressed in his kennel, but don`t let his first impression fool you. The moment he`s outside, he transforms into a friendly, affectionate cuddle bug. He comes when called, stays close to his people, and leans in for pets like it`s his full-time job. Toys didn`t make Panther`s VIP list, but he did enjoy chasing a ball. He was also perfectly polite with another dog nearby, staying calm despite all the shelter excitement happening around him. Between the staff, noises, and busy activity, Panther was simply trying to keep up with all the neighborhood gossip. He walks with just a light pull on leash, takes treats as gently as a gentleman, and while he hasn`t mastered `sit` yet, he`s ready to earn his diploma—especially if snacks are part of the curriculum.Panther would make an awesome hiking or running partner and would love a family that can provide daily walks and adventures. A meet and greet is recommended for any future canine roommates. Panther`s kennel doesn`t tell his real story. His true personality is sweet, loving, and happiest right by your side. If you`re looking for a best friend with a big heart, endless affection, and a little adventure in his step, Panther is ready to pounce right into your life.
