Story
Daisy is a sweet brindle Boxer German shepherd mix that is sad to say her mom just passed away and she is looking for a permanent home. She is currently being fostered by a neighbor who cannot keep her. Daisy is friendly, loves people, calm and gets along with other dogs and cats. She is also a velcro dog and will stick with you. She is the perfect dog for someone who wants a loyal companion without the work of training for she is house broke, well mannered, walks well on a leash and calm. She can also be energetic and playful. Daisy weighs abot 70 lbs. She is 5 yrs old and vacinnated and spayed. Please contact MIchele 575 202 7814 to meet this great dog and for more info.

Story
Meet Panther — Big Name, Bigger Heart! With a name like Panther, you`d expect a sleek jungle predator. Instead, you get a lovable Boxer mix whose greatest hunting skill is tracking down pets and attention. Panther may look a little stressed in his kennel, but don`t let his first impression fool you. The moment he`s outside, he transforms into a friendly, affectionate cuddle bug. He comes when called, stays close to his people, and leans in for pets like it`s his full-time job. Toys didn`t make Panther`s VIP list, but he did enjoy chasing a ball. He was also perfectly polite with another dog nearby, staying calm despite all the shelter excitement happening around him. Between the staff, noises, and busy activity, Panther was simply trying to keep up with all the neighborhood gossip. He walks with just a light pull on leash, takes treats as gently as a gentleman, and while he hasn`t mastered `sit` yet, he`s ready to earn his diploma—especially if snacks are part of the curriculum.Panther would make an awesome hiking or running partner and would love a family that can provide daily walks and adventures. A meet and greet is recommended for any future canine roommates. Panther`s kennel doesn`t tell his real story. His true personality is sweet, loving, and happiest right by your side. If you`re looking for a best friend with a big heart, endless affection, and a little adventure in his step, Panther is ready to pounce right into your life.

Story
Meet Mocha, the bouncy Boxer mix who believes life is one big party and everyone is invited! This young girl came to the shelter with another dog and has enough enthusiasm to power a small city. She`s playful, friendly, and always ready for her next adventure. Whether she`s flashing her gorgeous smile, bouncing into a play bow, or happily greeting new people, Mocha`s joyful personality is hard to resist. Mocha is easy to leash and loves getting out to explore, though she`s still figuring out this whole `walking politely` thing. She`s energetic, a little mouthy, and definitely untrained—but that`s exactly what you`d expect from a young pup who hasn`t had much guidance yet. She was surrendered because she was doing normal puppy things, and with a little patience, consistency, and a positive training class, she has all the potential to grow into an amazing companion. Around the shelter, Mocha has shown friendly interest in other dogs through the fence and enjoys inviting them to play with adorable play bows. A meet n greet with any resident dogs is always recommended to make sure it`s a good fit for both parties! Her former family shared that she`s partially housetrained, crate trained, and absolutely loves car rides—so she`s already got a great head start! If you`re looking for a goofy, happy-go-lucky young dog with a dazzling smile, endless enthusiasm, and the potential to become an incredible best friend, Mocha is ready to trade her puppy shenanigans for a lifetime of adventures with you. Just bring treats, patience, and a sense of humor!
